“Hi,I ordered two items on line about two weeks ago, went to pick them up at the Wrexham branch the following day, great. When I got home I realised one of the items was the wrong one. Went on your website and got a live chat to resolve the issue. I was told that it was their fault and I was to dispose of the wrong item and they would post the correct item to my home address. After a week the item didn't arrive I got back onto the live chat, I was told a complete different story. Apparently I had been given the wrong information and I was to go back to the shop to resolve the issue. I have since given the wrong item to a friend of mine, so the result at the moment I don't have the correct item or the wrong item. Totally frustrated customer. Dave Thomas.”

“The service is very slow and the click and collect isn't any quicker. The parts should be picked and ready for collection on arrival, instead you have to queue in line with inshop customers, then wait for them to be given their parts before the (already paid) online order is picked. I have had some very long waits when the shop is busy and witnessed some very angry & frustrated people because of the long wait times.”

“I found the product identification (choosing what I needed) confusing. I used my vehicle registration but the car battery i ended up with leaves me unsure...it is different dimensions to the original. Delivery was "free" but on ordering, I was told to expect delivery in 4 days, way too long for a replacement battery. But then it arrived in two days...all very confusing.”
