“Easy to order, items were in the shop as promised as I like to pick up what I order. Didn't have to wait long at all for items I had purchased. Counter staff was friendly, All good.”

“Not happy with this company, I've received a offer for some parts on my email address and when I went to the site for check out they changed the price. I've tried to contact the customer service but no one bothered to answer. I've been to the shop in Southampton, Millbrook to ask about the offer and the guy behind the till said he doesn't know nothing and he can't help me . I've been disappointed, I won't waste my time with them in future.”

“Very poor service , ordered a part at 11.00 was told on line it was in stock and I could collect after 11.25 , left work travelled to store just to find out they were out of stock and they had just sold the last one !!!!!! which was supposed to br reserved for me , was told at the store to come back after 16.00 , I lost a full day at work due to this , shocking service”

“generally my top 3 go to place for car parts, usually have everything in stock, prices are okay, but if collecting the in store wait takes around 15-25 minutes no matter which branch i go to!”

“Went to collect something I ordered online. Only 4 people in front of me but took about 30 mins before I got to the counter. The Coventry store is drab, untidy and dirty it was awful. I won’t be using that store again”
