“Bought 2 car batteries and one was faulty. On reflection you could see it was tried before. I called to arrange for an exchange and the person called John in the Coventry supplier had a bad attitude. I had to call head office to get sorted. That will be the last time I use your company.”

“Ordered and paid online the already in stock battery for my car. expect to pick up the day after would be smooth, unfortunately found nothing in stock. Have to spend another 30 mins to get to another euro parts store for another battery, without the discount from promotion, and spend another 30 mins get back to work on the car. total waste of time only because some mistake on stock take or the system.”

“Ordered a part on Thursday and told it’ll be “ready to collect in 15 minutes”. Came the next day to play it safe and despite having 3 in stock no one could find it and no one bothered to contact me. The lady was nice and ordered the part for the next day (still annoying as two trips since no one contacted me to say we can’t find the item). When I then collected on Saturday the guy at the desk was very rude.”

“They only stock 1 type of rear light for a craftervan that I need sorted immediately for work. They only stock the wrong one... not to be rude but it's pathetic not to have stock of the options available.”
