“Order was missing a sump plug for my service, I called them, guy told me they would send one out the same day, never happened, I rang the next day and was asked to go pick one up from store, where the lad who dealt with it didn't say a word to me just got the sump plug, customer service skills were appalling”

“Bought a replacement battery, which after a trip to mechanic was found to be in worse state than the one it was replacing. Refund was complex as I only had a digital receipt, which has a different reference to paper receipt, and which became obsolete at the moment of sale, so a search of whole sales database for that date was necessary. I would recommend testing batteries before selling them, as this would have saved me time, and a visit to a garage.”
