“Good quality Bosch battery purchased , when I queried the instore price I was told I could get it for £116 rather than £165 if I purchased online even though I was there in person. I ordered online , waited outside for 10 mins and then collected. Pity I had to ask to save £50 , they’d happily take the extra off me even though I was instore which I’d have to do anyway to pick up had I ordered online at home. Seems strange way to do business.”

“Shockingly bad, avoid at all costs. Purchased a pair of brake pads and discs online having entered my registration number. Expected 4 boxes but staff assured me on collection that they were in 2 boxes. Parts did not fit vehicle. On returning them was told I was only receiving a refund for two discs and one pad. Staff on site could not resolve this and seemed completely unaware of any customer complaints process. So have been left out of pocket due to their incompetence.”
