“I had a pretty disappointing experience with Euro Carparts. I ended up visiting the store three times, only to be told they didn’t have the part I needed and couldn’t help me. This was after waiting in long lines to be serviced each time. It was frustrating and seemed like a waste of time, especially since the problem could have been resolved on my first visit with better communication or some effort from the staff.”

Currently bouncing between a non existent euro car parts support and an even worse EVRI support - neither of whom will take ownership of the matter and deliver my parts”

“Purchased 2 interior bulbs. 1 works, 1 doesn't. Unfortunately they weren't packaged with any protection and presumably the faulty one got damaged when dropped through our letter box on to the floor. Bulbs were loose in a thin clear plastic bag. Disappointing.”
