Quite often the EuroCarPart website does not choose the correct item for your car (even with correct reg number). This leads to a very frustrating experience whist in the middle of a repair and having to return items.

Only felt that two-star rating is all I can give simply because when I came in to collect my order the girl on the counter notified the staff at the back that I was here to collect only to be left standing there for 20 minutes when I could physically say my purchase sitting there on a Shelf. When the poor girl on the counter was dealing with other customers you could clearly hear staff out the back laughing and joking around and obviously not doing their jobs pretty poor really.

Ordered some parts for my a new car from the New Hythe Lane store, went to collect them and there were two gents on the till, who were swearing towards each other as I entered the store, including calling each other a “C*NT”. I was stood waiting despite their being no queue because they were messing around with each other, and appeared to be messaging each other on their computer. Customer service was appalling from them. The parts on the other hand were spot on.

Parts fine. Someone trying to hack my Google account 3 times in 15 minutes after leaving the shop, not so good.

Long queue of customers and only 1 person serving. Multiple workers walked through reception and saw the long queue, some appeared to be management and some were clearly heading outside to smoke but none of them were inclined to join their colleague and help the customers.

Very easy ordering online but the time taken at the store to collect click is not really acceptable, took more than 20 minutes to pick up a part that was ordered and paid for online 3 hours earlier

Well, not smooth experience this time at all. As I ordered a AV engine oil for VAG specification, but was giving AF oil { Ford spec). Had to explain to two till operators that oil I've ordered doesn't match the one I was provided. Eventually it was resolved, but I had to come 4 times to the shop to get what I've paid for.

They give wrong part when taking it back the woman behind counter was rude and had attitude so decided to go elsewhere she tried charging me £60 the other place was £30 I will not be using them any more after using them for years

The buying process was pathetic. First the app would not let me purchase. Visited the store. Prices were sooooo much dearer for the items I wanted in store. Then would not accept blue light card in store. Had to go and sit in the car to sort out purchase on app. Went back in store and had to wait 20 mins stood in the store like a lemon waiting for it to come through from the app to the store. Never again. If app is playing up will go elsewhere.

I was òwed a discount for a failed delivery on a previous order. This was not honoured. I chose to collect this order and arrived but rather than getting the order there seemed to be more of an issue with were I parked. I did recieve the order but had to move my car to get it.

The best bit was they were open on a Sunday. However, ordered "click & collect" and didnt take an order no. so was not allowed to collec the parts, after a 30 mile round trip. Would not re-email a colleciton email, compuer said no. Would not allow a cancel / .refund - computer said no, we cannot access that. Generally unhelpful, but as I really needed the part I drove a further 30 mile round trip. But not next time....

Ordered a new Karcher wet & dry hoover. Waited over the time stated that it would be delivered. When it had been delivered we opened up the box to see a disgusting old used one! Not impressed!

The Item I order had broken cap which wasn't great when I'm looking to store it. Staff thats the only one and there is nothing they can do. Frustrating experience.
