“I ordered a transmission jack on line. As it was over £50 should have been next day delivery but was given 3-4 days at checkout. Couple of days later I got an email saying as non stock item you were having trouble sourcing it . Then a day or two later told no suppliers had any . All this time my van was off the road . Not happy !!!! Don’t advertise it if you can’t supply it !!”

“Brill price for the items I needed , friendly staff and not to far into my town to get to , purchased online and collected about an hour later , correct parts and best price I could find anywhere , have found euro car parts extremely well priced and stocked and they will continue to be my go to for all my "self fit" parts now , I noticed they are now selling a good range of valeting items too , will be buying some of these soon too , Brill .”

“Items orders where ment to ship same day with next day delivery. But it took Euro car parts 2day to ship the 2 items ordered. Which ment they hadn't arrived but the time the car went to the garage. Customer service were poor just quoting me the tracking number again after I pointed out it has been made but not actually dispatched. Will try another parts supplier next time round.”

“Hi,I ordered two items on line about two weeks ago, went to pick them up at the Wrexham branch the following day, great. When I got home I realised one of the items was the wrong one. Went on your website and got a live chat to resolve the issue. I was told that it was their fault and I was to dispose of the wrong item and they would post the correct item to my home address. After a week the item didn't arrive I got back onto the live chat, I was told a complete different story. Apparently I had been given the wrong information and I was to go back to the shop to resolve the issue. I have since given the wrong item to a friend of mine, so the result at the moment I don't have the correct item or the wrong item. Totally frustrated customer. Dave Thomas.”
