“Not that happy as last week did not get tge normal high quality of custoner service. My order was over£100 so qhalifed for free deliery but i was charged fot plus i wanted to get a scratch removal kit. Website said i could orser it but would nit process it. Custoner services initially werw quick in acknowledging problem this was last friday. Ti day they have cone back asking me to repeate the problem. Not a happy bunny”

“Paid extra for 48hour delivery, took 48 hours to dispatch and 4 days to deliver. Master cylinder supplied is leaking internally but ok to use in the short term so gave poor rather than very poor”

“Very local for me so convenient, however picking up in person can take some time as customers return unwanted items etc. So even if you have been notified your item is ready for collection you still have to wait in line.”

“Euro car parts have a very good web site when you want to browse parts for your car etc. When you visit the collection point ( usually the Sutton Surrey branch) the staff are always polite, helpful and efficient. A comprehensive stock of parts is always available at competitive prices.”

“I bought a set of NGK spark plugs for my Ford Mondeo 1.5 EcoBoost engine. Straight away the engine had a random misfire, Ford's main deal told me this engine would not run on NGK plugs, I fitted Ford plugs now all ok. I spoke to Europarts customer service, advising them these plugs were unsuitable for the purpose for which they were sold, customer services, a lady named Donna, were excellent, very polite and efficient, and they refunded my purchase.”

“Easy to order,pay and pick up, I went to collect a fuel filter, the gentleman on the desk was courteous he asked for the details and went to get my part,I will use them again if I need anything else for my car,highly recommend them.”
