“Purchased Bosh wiper blades were 3/5 the prices of main competitive. The only gripe was the difficulty in finding the store in Bath for the first time. Signage is very poor.”

“The customer service is not satisfactory, I purchased the ECP recommended replacement battery on line, and when I picked it up, it was incorrect. They would not allow me to pay the difference for the correct on and I had to pay again for the new one and wait for a refund on the original which I have not yet recieved.”

“Although the part was exactly as I expected I am not happy with europarts follow up operation, I was stuck in a village unable to start my car, due to circumstances the item was unable to be collected, I asked if it could be delivered but was told I had to reorder & it would take 3 days, I asked why couldn’t it just be put on a van & delivered, I was told this is europarts system, not good for customer relations & doubtful for return business”
