“Needed a car battery, very easy to order and collect but what really pleased this 5ft, and frail build 82 year old woman was the 'nice young man' who instantly asked where was my car & carried it there for me. I do appreciate his thoughtfulness, By the way this was at your Birkenhead branch”

“Order placed online with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days. Called a week later and apparently they attempted to deliver it 3 times even though I work from home and never received a confirmation that it was dispatched either. The order was cancelled now waiting for refund. Found same item on Amazon delivered next day. Shame as my previous order with Euro Car Parts was on time with no issues.”
