“Hello i order the parts on saturday because was the last parts shop open at that time . I call in the office to ask if i can collected saturday insted monday morning at 9 am .the person on the phone sad yes because the parts is here and you can collected earlier . After this i put the order i go at hereford branch and was one women very not happy with my order and sad you need come monday to collect because the parts not was there . I know you guys receive the parts every day after 12 pm .so this person no want to help me to take my parts earlier .”

“2 or 3 different choices at different prices to suit budget. Ordered on line, upon trying to collect the person behind the counter says order not came through yet, took my name and which vehicle I was in and would fetch it out to me once he could get order.”

“Generally favourable, however they need to have more staff at the front counters, the one guy at my local shop spent 5 minutes dealing with a customer returning a windscreen wiper, with 4 people waiting to pick up orders. Plenty of staff milling about in the back shop doing not alot (it seemed).”

“Appalling lack of service at the Basildon outlet, when collecting a click and collect order. Worse still having expressed my opinion on Trustpilot, they promised I would be contacted by a manager to discuss. Despite a reminder, it seems apparent that retail customers are a low priority. Customer serviceis therefore awarded 5 of these 💩💩💩💩💩”

“Purchased set of brake discs and pads for my car reg no. Booked a mechanic who installed disks - front pads OK - rear pads too big. Returned to Perth store and told they couldn't exchange them due to computer fault - but did offer to sell me the correct pads. Very poor service.”

“Ordered new wing mirrors for my 08 Octavia. Input my registration on the website and ordered the associated product. Collected from the shop - all good up to this point and efficient. Got to my car, the mirrors where for the next model. Returned the mirrors (smooth process other than inconvenience) and the person serving looked up the product only to say it had been discontinued. She wrote down the number for me to go and do some more 'googling' but I was two days on by now and still with broken wing mirrors. Frustrated by what seemed at the start like a really good system. If it took me to the right product I'd be writing a very positive message so hoping this is just an error in the databse that Europarts can correct to avoid others facing the same issue.”
