“Bought a Valeo Silencio wiper blade from Euro Carparts Voyager Park Portsmouth. When I got it home I discovered the package had been previously opened and the item was out of its plastic sleeve and was damaged- the rubber blade was partly pulled out of its backing. Needing the wiper and not wanting to waste another hour in rush hour traffic I eventually managed to feed the rubber back into the blade. But it should not have been sold in this condition. I will always scrutinise purchases now before I leave the shop.”

“The Euro Car Parts website was easy to navigate and I found the items I required quickly. I placed my order and paid online which was very easy to do. I soon received notification that my items were ready for collection. I visited the store and after supplying my details was handed my items. The whole process from searching the website to collecting my items was simple and a great customer experience.”

“Never use again, recieved pre opened, part assembled, slightly damaged goods. I finished building the item, as needed it- it did work. But it leaks water out of the handset and water goes inside. Very poor quality and not fit for purpose. As I used it, not able to return. Just disgusted I was sent a nearly new, potentially used and damaged item”

“I ordered online and drove 10 miles to collect my order when I was informed it was ready to collect a couple of days later. On arrival I was told they couldn’t find one of the items and suggested I go back the following day for it. Not very cost effective to take another 20 mile round trip when the missing item was less than a fiver so I asked for a refund.”
