“It was very easy to order online unfortunately not the same collecting. The person at the counter was not very helpful at all to any if the customers it was as if he didn't really want to be there. Otherwise very haoy with my product”

“Their rubbish courier delivered my order to the wrong address and they were useless at sorting it out. Spoke to Euro Car Parts and they replaced the item within a matter of days. Very pleased with that outcome, I hope they got their money back from the courier!”

“The item as defective as I got a different brand and the fault disappeared. They didnt take it back saying is been used. All I did is put the air filter in its place and when engine is running it made a vibrating noise,got a different brand air filter and the issue was solved. Clearly faulty part euro car parts should take responsibility for!”

“Very good company, with a competative pricing structure. Intending to purchase one battery I somehow managed to order two however the assistant put through a credit note while I was in the store and the cash refunded to my account in days. Any items car related my first port of call.”

“So I had the wrong parts sent to me even giving my reg number . Then promised a refund as the ones I needed were cheaper . Still not recieved anything ..... Also visiting the Stoke branch . Guys were quite clueless . I even asked for a single 17mm Stud for my wheel . They said they would have to order it in .. I mean it's a universal stud for wheels lol !!”

“Not so good. I needed a battery for a Honda CRV - in fairness it was very easy to order and collect but a complete waste of my time and energy because the website didn't make it clear that Bosch S4 batteries come in 2 different terminal sizes... so it wasn't until I tried to fit it at home that I found I'd got the wrong one. Couldn't find any info on the website to help me ensure I would now select the right one, and had to resort to onfo off another website. To help others, the Bosch S4 020 and 022 batteries have small japanese terminals (13.1mm & 14.7mm); S4 021 & 023 have large terminals (17.5mm & 19.5mm).”
