“Been a customer for many years but for the past year the quality of their services have dropped down massively. Also never had any issues with the parts but i recently bought some parts and they didn't fit my car even though i put my reg in someone listed those parts on their website as being parts that fit. On average you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to be served even though you get a text and email saying that your order is ready for collection many times i give up and just go home....”

“I would recommend Euro car parts the product seemms to be spot on but I would avoid getting any order picked up from the Chester branch over a bank holiday I waiteds some 25 mins to be served it wasnt the guy on the counters fault he said he was on his own although i could see and hear lots of other staff about poor lad and their were people waiting to be served behind me”

“Ordered part for my car on collecting the part I discovered it was not what I required. The member of staff was very helpful and check to see if I could get the part elsewere and was able to give me the part number. Then arranged for me to receive a refund which I have now received. Very helpful and polite in dealing with my problem, which I am glad to say I have completed with their help.”

“Purchased a pair of clim air wind deflectors for my be t6, on opening the box, I found the rubber /clip were missing, contacted eurocarparts, but they fobbed me off by saying they aren’t required, but if you look at climate video on YouTube, it shows they clearly are. Informed you of this but as of yet not heard from you. Bad service”

“Nice staff working in branch but when I ordered the part it states it was sins rock but wasn’t. Arrived to collect the part and stood waiting for the best part of an hour to then be told come back another day. The only frustrating part was they kept serving customer after customer and I was left standing around waiting for someone to come out and say come back tomorrow. Part is good and when I came back the next day they had it ready for me. Must have been a fault with the website and allocating parts available when they didn’t have enough stock!!”

“Put in reg.no for an alternator.Was told the price and paid for it imediately as it was a good price.Message from Farnborough said we could pick it up on 27th December but it wasn't there.Went back on 28th and collected it. Mechanic came today January 9th, to fit it and found it was the wrong one and also had a bit broken off it.Will be retutning it for a refund asap.”
