“Waited several mins nobody came went outside and spoke to a driver who said he would find somebody then two other customers arrived then a lady came.I gave her the number she gave me the product and receipt and did not utter a single word to me.”

“Good compony, but delivery service is poor.............. instructions given for delivery driver drop off as i was away, but driver just left expensive item in front of door..........very lucky that a neighbour took it in.”

“I was able to quickly order the tooling I needed and went and collected the item within an hour. The order, payment, and collection process was very quick and simple. The member of staff I dealt with at the Basingstoke location was polite, prompt and reciprocal with chat. A good all round experience.”

“When you walk into stores sometimes you can get service real quick and then ya gets someone who is asking for parts that europarts had a hard time finding them so only one person serving 5 people and it was just as frustrating, and typically the second service staff had finished by the time I was seen too ,it's the waiting around that does it for me and even more frustrating was I could see the items I wanted ,there is no click n collect counter shouldn't that be something to look into,just frustrating when there is a big queue”

“All good - got the product I wanted, delivered and at a reasonable price. The only niggle I have is info said courier would sms/email with delivery estimate/update and that never happened - so 1 star docked. That said I would definitely use them again.”
