“i am satisfied beacuse i booked online my order before three days after three days i went to shop for collect my items but my order is not completed one items is missing at that day i have a machnic appoinment for service my car then i told them its ok please give me my amount back they sad sorry its not possible right now you come back after few hours then we will do and its not first time with me then i purchased my remaning part at car collection and oil as well”

“Received an email requesting I pick up my order, travelled to the outlet to be told item had not been ordered. Told it was now ordered and to come back next day, left it two days revisied to be told it was on an overnight delivery. Will call the outlet before travelling in.”

“Seems to of lost plot from 2024 onwards. Prices are usually more expensive across the range. Doing comparison, like for like ie SKF with SKF may on some occasions be cheaper at Euro car parts. Shopping for pads and discs always works out £15 - £20 cheaper elsewhere, and not much point discussing brands because almost all are made by TMD friction.”

“Normally, this would be a good review, I've always had good dealings in the past . However, this time, not so good. Needed brake pads for our car - 2008 Honda Civic - assumed this would be a routine request - as normal, drove to your shop in carlisle. I was about to give details of the car, but I was told, not to bother with all that business, just the reg no is required. After giving the number, I was surprised to hear, that you don't do any brake pads for that car. A little dissappointed, I left thinking, it was just another one of those things you have to deal with if you run a 15yr old car. Set about looking for another source for the parts on t'internet. They were all out of area or needed to be delivered - I had the car in bits and would have preferred to just go and pick them up, somewhere local. Anyway, before I did that, I thought I'd just check your on-line shop - lo and behold, you had several versions of the brake pads, I needed, in stock and in your Carlisle shop. Anyway, I ordered a medium quality (priced) set on a 'click and collect' basis and headed back to Carlisle depot, walked in your shop and within a few seconds, I was heading home with the parts, I needed. A wasted trip and half a gallon of petrol poorer, I fitted the brake pads, which were, as usual, exactly what was needed and fitted perfectly. Moral of the story - if I were you, I would try to make sure all your staff, are willing to put a little bit of effort into finding the correct parts - or don't bother, it's up to you!”
