“Click and collect is made very easy on the website, and the opening hours make things even more convenient. I often have to go for a more expensive option because the cheaper part is not in stock at my local branch but prices are always competitive. Staf are always friendly.”

“Always purchase from the Redhill branch, usually good service, however on last visit they only had one purson serving and delays were inevitable, not good when you have ordered on line and wanted a quick pick up/turn around. Not the norm anyway.”

“Not as competitively priced as they used to be. Online click and collect is easy enough, however when going to collect I experienced a long wait time in a queue as there was no separate queue for click and collect customers Vs customers coming in with a query. It would be better if click and collect orders were picked and left aside so that they don't need picking from the warehouse. It.makes no incentive to do a click and collect.”
