“Very poor customer service had an email stating both orders were ready to collect drove 35 minutes to the store only one order there and the assistant was not particularly helpful, I was offered a refund, I needed two items so why would I refund one of them”

“The times I have had to use the Maidenhead branch the queue at the counter is almost static. They are clearly understaffed, I have had to walk out before now due to time constraints. It’s a shame as the rest of your service is pretty good”

“Last order placed online for a replacement car battery for my son's car. Item was in stock locally with a choice of batteries that would fit. Order placed and as the depot was local I collected it a short time afterwards. Staff always very efficient and prompt and can always offer alternatives if necessary. Usually better priced by high street retailers.”

“ordered two suspension arms order went through fine as i have a knock on one of them and other the boot had perished so as i did not need my car for few days i removed the old ones only for the order to be cancelled without warning so causing me lot inconvenience in having find replacements very poor service!!”

“Euro themselves are great, helpful, knowledgeable and can't do enough to help. Unfortunately they choose Evri to deliver my parcel, which has been one problem after another. Luckily I had a very helpful customer representative from Euro, Darren, who is getting it sorted for me.”
