“Very poor as always, 1 person struggling on the counter doing everything, serving, payment and going to find parts in the warehouse. A que which spread into the car park. 45 minutes to return an alternator.”

“Ordered an item online for store collection. When I got to the store they didn’t have my item I had ordered and paid for. So had to get an alternative item but took staff a good 20 minutes or more to sort an alternative out.”

“odering and collecting faultless , issues are when returning goods to Redhill surrey and being told by a very polite but very unhelpfull staff member that returned parts had to have an invoice , i had bought along the click and collect paperwork , it had the order number on it so he could have done the refund . Then also being told that the brake callipers i was returning to recieve the surcharge refund required to be packed in a box , i dont know where he was getting his info from because its not on your website , im sure though he could have found me a box but he wasnt prepared to help just to be smug. maybe some of your youger staff need educating in how to deal with a customer”

“Poor service again, ordered a set of front and rear pads for my car, given two sets of front pads so had to return a set after I had paid a garage to change them so costing me more money, even worse the pads supplied have faulty sensors and because they are on my car I have been told I can’t exchange them, so I would then have to pay the garage again what a joke, Wednesfield branch do not seem customer focused when you have an issue, just don’t seem interested in rectify issues. Not the first time I have experienced poor service from this site”
