Typed my car reg in, trusted the process and bought the parts that were meant to be for my car... took to my garage to get fitted, and...wrong size parts

Danny who served me was very helpful and helped me with other parts I needed. He had an excellent manner and was Happy and cheerful. I will definitely be back to the Stretford branch with staff like him.

Absolutely awful entered my registration on line it brought my car up so you know my car ordered a starter motor which once I had taken the old one out was totally different to mine took it back and was told it’s a manual one and my car’s automatic so what was the point of me entering my registration and was told by the staff member why I didn’t read the small writing so in response said why did I have to put my registration in ? Got my money back went on another site entered my registration got the right one no hassle and half the price as well safe to say won’t use your site or stores ever again

On two occasions recently, I have ordered & paid for parts online. Within 15 minutes of placeing these orders, I have been advised by e-mail that these parts were ready for collection. I would class this as excellent service 7 long may it continue. Thank you

I had a frustrating experience with Euro Part Romford that I felt compelled to share. After calling to reserve my items for collection, I specifically asked if I could pay online and pick them up. They agreed, and I went ahead and made the payment. However, when I arrived—after battling traffic—they informed me that it was not possible to collect my items because I had paid online. This was despite the fact that both the payment and my reservation were under the same name and car registration. This lack of communication and organisation is unacceptable for a company that should be focused on customer service. I wasted time, money, and energy for nothing. I expected better from Euro Part, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable service!

10/10 I spend a lot of money with you guys and use numerous different locations, my only complaint is the Cheadle branch, 1. It is not in Cheadle its in Stockport, It is not your fault understandable, 2. all the staff are scruffs apologise in advance but they are, from what they wear, to them all eating pizza and treating staff like dirt, I have been stood in there for 25 mins waiting to be seen to while the scruff on his computer looking at me like I'm doing something wrong, then clearly a senior employee noticed I was waiting and politely asked him to serve me, he then walked over in a huff and served me which seemed to hurt him, compared to your Chester branch it's a completely different experience, I have worked in the automotive industry myself and know there's a lot of scum, but not everyone is rude, and people like myself go out of my way to be polite and make an effort for staff.

I recently purchased front springs, front shock absorbers and upper shock mounts for my 2012 VW Beetle. All parts were fully compatible with my car's model year...and were of exceptional quality. The service I received was exemplary. The counter staff member at Boucher Crescent was more than helpful and is an asset to Euro Car Parts.
