“Ordered car battery on Friday evening, a simple process. Collected Saturday lunchtime. In and out in about 10 minutes, the place was very busy. Collection process was simple, took less than a minute to get it into the system, battery was brought out in about 2 minutes.”

“I ordered a new battery for my car. The confirmation email after I paid said I would receive another emaill within 15 minutes to say that the battery was ready for collection. I still have not received this email (two weeks later) after an hour I phoned the branch to see what had happened. I was put through to someone in the Midlands (I am in Sunderland) who could not answer my question, after a few minutes checking my identification, order number etc. I was told someone would ring me back. After 5 minutes I had a phone call from the Sunderland branch to say my order had been ready for an hour and that they don't always send emails to say the item is ready for collection. Bit of a time waste ordering online when I could (should) have just driven to the branch and ordered then adn there?”

“Ordered Saturday late morning, was told on the order delivery would be 3 to 4 days, so had it sent to my work address (which is closed weekends). Super efficient, you tried to deliver 90 minutes after I placed the order! - if I had known that I would have had it sent to my house where I was, not my work address which was closed!!! Spend the next week and a bit trying in vain to get it delivered, multiple phone calls, piller to post, nobody taking charge of the issue, all useless. Ended up just going to Catford branch to pick it up in the end.”
