“I had been to the Euro Car Parts branch recently to get service kit for Ford Focus Zetec Eco Sport 1.0 I am very sorry to say the customer service was absolutely abhorent and appalling. I was made to wait outside the store for more than 20 min in severe cold just to get the delivery for the parts that I had ordered. During the time I was waiting, I witnessed the staff behaving absolute rudely with an elderly person was made to wait for approximately the same time and then being told that they couldn't find the part. When he complained, he was treated rudely and instead of apologising for the inconvenience caused he was shouted at.”

“The staff in at Kirkcaldy are always very friendly, they almost always have what I need in stock and their prices, especially for fluids are competitive. You can find em cheaper online but they are local and I can down tools and go get what I want inside 20 minutes.”

“The replacement wing mirror fitted perfectly and was of similarquality as the OEM part it replaced. Ordering, collection and value for money all great and having an easy returms policy if it didn't fit was the reason I chose the Euro Car Parts part. I would definitely recommend, thanks.”
