“Usually good service, good range of parts. Staff are friendly and helpful. In this last instance, while the bulds I purchased were fine, the fact that they were not even supplied in a box of any sort was less than useful. I would hesitate to continue buying needed parts from them if this happened again.”

“Only 1 part sent of a pair. Price point indicates it should have been a pair, but only 1 sent. No option on site to choose left or right. So either they are charging 2X’s price for 1 or they forgot to send 2. Complained but confirmed price point is for 1. All competitors charge same price for 2. Won’t use again. Rip off. Shop around”

“The parts are usually fine, as is the price. Whether it’s local to my branch or more widespread, I don’t know but the service is usually slow at the counter. Waits of 20+ minutes to pick up a click and collect order is not uncommon.”

“Finding the parts and ordering them was simplicity itself and they arrived in good time. However the parts were poorly packaged (by Bosch) in the original packaging, which meant they arrived in an unusable state. Now I have the aggravation of using the returns process, which isn't free (unless the item is damaged)!!!”
