“Correct part was easy to find with just a reg number. Ordering online was easy and I recieved a phone call to say the parts were ready for collection later that day. Very pleased, as always, with the service and prices at Euro Car Parts.”

“Bought 4Denso Spark Plug at £15 each. Given a damaged box with spark plugs. Opened immediately in carpark only 3 in box and those had been replaced with the cheaper option.!! Took them straight back and got correct items. Counter asstant never bothered to check returned items”

“Long queues out the door with only 1 receptionist working off their feet, whilst other staff members flit about ignoring the customers who are waiting ages. This is often the situation. It took 25 minutes to get a click and collect ! As some consultations with customers are lengthy by nature, why can’t these others at least help ease the queues at busy times.”

“Wrong item sent even though I used thier web site part finder with the car registration number. Took the item to nearest branch for a refund but you dont get the postage back, just the value of the item. And, according to the branch staff, they dont dont sell the right item anyway! Any part for any car... not strictly true.”

“Product was fine however I paid extra for next day delivery as I do 13 hour shifts and drive in the dark so obviously needed my headlights to be working - product didn’t get delivered for 4 days, called the store about it who told me it was just “sitting at the shop” and asked me if I wanted them to try and deliver it the next day. Delivered it on the Monday but didn’t receive an apology or a refund or anything despite paying for the more expensive next day delivery. Other than that product was fine”
