“I came to pick up a pair of disposal gloves at the Exeter branch, the chap behind the counter appeared to be annoyed that I had asked for the disposable gloves, generally a bad attitude, this is not the first I have experienced this in the Exeter branch, My recommendations would be to make sure staff are trained properly in customer service and treats them well, otherwise business will go elsewhere, I will add that other staff have been fine who have served me.”

“Purchased a jet wash that was on sale for £60 and car mats with carbon effect matting for durability. My first ever purchase through yourselves. Received a snow foam bottle along with my jet wash but it's so small compared to the original pictures! Other than that a brilliant next day service and products.”

“I have been using Euro Car Parts for decades, long before they expanded into opening branches into my area, West Sussex. Then they were my go to supplier for mainly German cars, but they gradually expanded into an all makes source and they've always been reliable, with prompt delivery of quality parts at good prices. I've been retired nearly 10 years from my business in the motor trade, but continue repairing and servicing my own and family members' cars and still use them as my first port of call for parts.”
