“Online ordering was fine. Collecting from store ,as always , took far too long”

“Part ordered on 1st January. Tried contacting by phone 11th January because it still hadn't been delivered.I was directed to the automated questions which were no help. I decided to call to my local store where they told me it had been delivered and showed me a picture, however it was not my house. After spending a ridiculous amount of time explaining that although their system showed it had been delivered and the GPS said it was at my home it clearly was not.”

“Utterly unacceptable level of service, 10 days since ordered, no parts, no volunteered communication. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel & get a refund which has not been forthcoming as of yet, the second failed order & the last, I will be spending my money elsewhere going forwards Euro is not the company it once was sadly”

“Euro parts as far as l have known online shopping, l think you deserve an award, you never dissapoint, you buy online before 7pm and you collect the next day in the morning. no difference as buying instore. The staff is super happy all the times, they will make sure that you are assisted to your last query, keep up the good work team front counter and euro parts as whole.”

“Ordered an auxiliary belt on the morning on new years eve as a matter of urgency as mine had snapped, so, ordered online for click/collect, paid straight away via PayPal and asked me wife to call in and collect as she was already in the vicinity on our local store, that's where the so far so good ends, she called in to collect, to be told she couldn't collect (even though she was showing the confirmation email) apparently she couldn't collect because the store was undertaking a staff training session, after some discussion, apparently a little heated, she was aloud to have the item, but then told they had to be paid for, she again showed confirmation that the item was not only ordered but also paid for, again this wasn't good enough proof, she eventually managed to leave the premises with the required auxiliary belt, a headache, stressed to the max and swearing blind that she'll never step foot in that place again.”

“Ordered 4 spark plugs, received an email saying that they are not in stock and are coming from the main warehouse.. another email saying they have been dispatched but only 3 on that order?? Package arrived today with only an invoice and no plugs, interesting service to say the least.. attempted to call but was on hold for 30min before I gave up.”
