“As it says “Click and Collect” it’s that easy. The Product was as described, all I had to do was pick it up once I got confirmation that it was good to do so, I paid on line, it’s the easy way to go.”

“Bosch wipers came super quick with friendly delivery driver. Excellent. I m not sure the driver side blade fits properly. The blade fits okaysih, so no drama. If the fit is the probllem (and not my ineptitude), this is a mild incompatibilty issue. Well, I ll live with it - as i ve said, the blade fits okay. It does not look perfect, but it seems stable in position and the screen wiping is excellent.”

“I put my reg in on the website and it brought up wiper blades suitable for my vehicle. Unfortunately the rear wiper was 2” too long and had the wrong connector. I also bought the cheap front wiper blades to replace the same set I bought 18 months ago. The manufacturer has changed the universal connector and it’s a poor fitting and too flimsy to keep the wiper blade attached to the arm also the N/S blade constantly judders. Absolute waste of money.”

“Went to get a lower suspension arm that was in stock and paid for it,to be told that not one on shelf. So they said would order one in. Phoned on the Wednesday to be told it was in ready to pick up,went in that evening to collect to be told that someone had booked it out to a garage 😩 was not happy as I had paid for it and car was booked in for the next day to get the work done. Had to order from other supplier and asked for a refund but had to come back into the branch to issue refund as paid at card machine and said they couldn't do it that day as needed manager. So had to come back next day which was the 4th day of a 50 mile round trip and time off work to finally get a refund 😩😩”

“I ordered a set of brake discs and pads, both arrived in good condition, however both boxes had been opened and re-sealed, as the cardboard was cut and the VOID lettering was showing on the stickers.”
