“easy to order parts online. no update of delivery day or time . ringing the branch often no help as they don't answer and the call gets diverted to another branch. online chat no help as they can't ring branch for you .waited 5 working days for order to be delivered. won't be using their online ordering again.”

“First time having i have walked away feeling poor customer service but the gentleman serving us at the store who we had told I received a faulty bulb thew the bulb in the bin and refused to get it out when asked so we could show him, I walked away feeling like I had greatly inconvenienced his day by coming in and asking for a refund and was fobbed off for trying to explain about the bulb I had purchased. I did get a refund but just felt disappointed in the customer service given my previous experiences :(”
