“Have ordered before and had no problems getting parts until this time . Order only part picked. Two lads who didn’t have a clue on what they were doing. Another member had to come out of the office to bail them out .”

“I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve bought over the years. It seems there isn’t a part you can’t get!! The guy in the Oxford branch ‘Solomon’ is particularly friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and happy to help. I don’t shop anywhere else. 5 star service.”

“Ordered a battery on Weds fully paid. Email suggested would be ready for pickup within 15 min. Went to collect on Friday morning(taking over an hour on public transport). Not present. Promised to deliver that afternoon. Didn’t arrive. Multiple attempts o try to get through on phone, transferred to various branches in the country including the midlands, Norwich and North London who all tried to transfer - each time line went dead as though picked up and put straight down. Ended up going in by public transport on Saturday morning to collect and taxi home. Resllly poor service all round….”

“The battery is good for my car and good customer service. The order portal was user-friendly. I however will have to return the fan belt as my mechanic said I wouldn't need it again. I hopefully will replace it with other needed item. Good service.”

“I purchased parts online. Entered registration number and even then the rear brake discs were wrong. The car was on the ramp. I had to rush back to store and then bad news the right one were out of stock. Any how managed somewhere else. Not a good experience.”

“Installed 301124 - Starline alternator . No known issues with installation . Did not want pass judgement immediately as needed some indication the job and product were satisfactory . After 2 weeks everything electrical is working normally . So far , so good .”
