“Returned some items to the Bromsgrove branch and 6 weeks later, they have been lost and its impossible to speak to anyone in the store to get my refund. There was no one in the store to process it at the time but they were in the next day and I was told it would be processed and a refund issued. The store look hugely understaffed, and I've rang again today to be told that the manager isn't answering the phone because they are on their own.”

“i recenty ordered 2 track rod ends for my vauxall vectra the service was excellent collected from my local store at wednesfeild no problems at all having had items from them in the past always happy to get the items i need from europarts”

“I needed a replacement battery for my van. Having done my research I narrowed it down to a top of the range Bosch one. Europarts had it in stock, at a good price, so I ordered it, collected it and fitted it the same day, job done. Very pleased with my purchase and so is my van!”

“Click and collect order. Was told it was ready. Came to collect but the item not only wasn’t ready but wasn’t available. Returned another day to then wait another 10mins for someone to find the item. Would be good if click/collect notified you when it’s actually ready or update if there is a stock issue. Good price though and helpful staff in-person.”

“I ordered brake discs and pads online for collection, left them into my mechanic for fitting, only to arrive later that day and find out I had been given the wrong pads, and had to go back to Euro Car Parts to get the correct pads, now i will have to wait until the New Year before I can have them fitted!”
