“It was all my stupid fault. I ordered a battery that was too big. It had arrived very early but as it turned out was wrong. I wasn't far from the nearest branch and took it in. The gentleman behind the counter could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. He looked up what I should have ordered and arranged the refund and substitute purchase. I was delighted.”

“Ordered a bulb which was in stock on the website. Waited a few days for the delivery, to then get an email to say it was out of stock and they’ve cancelled my order and will be refunded in up to 7 working days. Quick to take my money for something that wasn’t it stock and so slow to cancel order and refund money back.”

“Bought using click and collect, then waited in a queue with everyone else for 10 minutes before being made to wait another 15 minutes for my order, had to ask what the issue was as waited so long! Won’t be buying from here in future if I can help it!”

“Reasonable price for authentic parts . Bow Store should hire more staff for customer service. So much pressure on 1 young girl for taking orders, serving online collections and return items etc .
