“Yes good. I bought things online and they arrived swiftly. However i am a bit concerned by the way some of the items were packaged, i had to get replacement bulbs because it arrived broken, even the replacement, i wasnt too sure on the packaging. Other than that everything was great.”

“Got the part i needed no problem BUT when I went to pick it up there was a large queue with only 1 person serving and his attitude was terrible. If he had spoken to me the way he spoke to two other customers he would of soon changed his ways. Manager, you need to sort out the staff.”

“Provided wrong part for car. Sent another part that had been opened and completely mangled. The brake shoe kit had been installed and taken off and just restocked not checked. That was after a second visit. Told they had another to come and pickup. Turned out to be the first one we ordered. Complete shambles. In the end they delivered the correct part. Whole ordeal took 5 days, trips to Folkestone and Ashford. Normally ok but Ashford have a problem I’d say… it wasn’t Folkestone fault at all…”
