I was given all of the assistance i required from what i can only guess is a franchise deliverer. Europasat only sent me emails post application so i have no opinion.

THE BILL PAYER HAS NOT SPOKEN TO ANY ONE AT ALL ABOUT INSTALLING,OR PAYING ANY BILLS.

on october 13th, I called and gave my credit card détails to make an order... I called again one week later ...and still haven't received any news. Therefore I will look for another supplier. Regards,

Non of the alignment details were included in the invoice as stated and this caused us to spend a lot longer trying to set up the service

In our 1st month we were struggling with the speed, europasat had slowed the line without informing us. The portal does not show correct information regarding dates for resetting the monthly allowance therefore we never know when it is to be restarted? Our allowance was quickly eaten up as the upload? was quickly exceeding the limit. We found this difficult to understand as we do not use social media, u tube, videos etc.... We have spent most of our time deleting so many apps on our iPhones ax we couldn't seem to get the uploads down to a reasonable level. Customer service not helpful! Ticket requests not answered promptly if at all at times without prompting!

Supply, installation and administration were all good (installation wqas excellent). The speed achieved via the satellite link is pretty slow - but it's better than the alternative.

We were stuck as our microwave internet provider withdrew their service from 31/5/16 so our village has been left struggling without alternatives available. Mobile phone signal is very poor. As a family with parents working who use the internet in the evenings and teenagers who use it for college and school work we needed a big package so have gone for the 50/month package. We were warned that internet gaming would be a problem but that is something we do not do - the Installer was excellent - reliable and efficient and we bought the equipment without a subsidy. He demonstrated the playing of videos on completion of installation on a Friday lunchtime which seemed fine. If he is Europasat staff we were happy with him. The reality of trying to use it in the evenings is SHOCKINGLY BAD. We cannot even reliably load an email without photos with one out of 4 of us using it! It would be impossible to watch a video clip or listen to music although it was relatively efficient at 9.30 on a Thursday morning. IT IS ALMOST USELESS FOR ANY PURPOSE AT ALL IN THE EVENING - SLOWER THAN OUR DIAL-UP USED TO BE!!! We will change whenever a viable alternative is available.

We were so excited to be having a faster internet connection after many years of very slow internet using a BT line, but sad to say our fast satellite hopes have been dashed. We occasionally have a fast connection, but on the whole we are very disappointed with the speed. it varies day or night, so any excuse that it is being used by many other people does not really wash. Would not in all honesty be able to recommend Europasat. Sorry.

Great service and a great team of people from the sales team through to the installation team. We are a garden Centre in a semi-rural location and have been struggling with several broadband lines under 1meg, following on a from recommendation from a fellow Garden Centre we rang Europasat about tooway satellite, Camillo was extremely helpful from the start and provided me his direct contact details for any follow up queries which I did use on several occasions. Once ordered we decided to go for the installation option as well and the installation company were also very helpful as we were a little concerned over the locations of our dish, the engineer who came out to install our dish was very effecient and within an hour of his arrival we had around 11 meg speeds which was fantastic to say the least. I cannot say how pleased we have been with the service that was provided by both Europasat and the installation company they use, Europasat come highly recommended by myself and our Garden Centre.

My system has only been on line 1 week, So far I have no complaints and the system is running well.

1) would have been nice to have included the wall bracket 2) would have been nice to have a choice of colour cable...I now have white cable running along my brown eaves. 3) would have been nice to have has a GOOD combined modem/router instead of just a modem. So far signal through our house is poor - at the moment I am putting this down to the cheap router I bought from the supplier. After research I have ordered a good router and hope this makes a difference.
