“My installation was installed on time by a very competent Electrical Engineer. I purchased a wireless cable router as he advised and had all my devices connected in minutes. The BB speed is very satisfactory for our area and is stable and constant Cheers Kevin Quinn”

“Clear and helpful phone sales, quick installation, system works. Ran out of data allaowance and with one phone call upgraded. Also given system management website that allows me to track data usage. Everything about this service is therefore good.”

“No more tethering to an intermittent cell phone - we now have a reliable internet connection at our rural holiday home in Northern France. The dish, mount and transceiver are much heavier than a TV dish. It can be assembled in stages but I'd recommend choosing a site that's not too difficult to access - I chose to replace an ancient dish on a chimney and had to climb out a velux window, tie myself to a rope around the chimney and clamber over loose roof tiles to a make-shift roof ladder! Assembly wasn't too tricky but the fine tuning took a while - got the dish locked on the azimuth then tightened the nuts and lost the signal, so took a few attempts and I'm not sure my nuts are fully tightened now. I certainly don't fancy having to re-align it after a big storm. Lesson learned - choose an easily-accessed location.”

“No hassle and arrived on time , straightforward instructions for installation. Very happy with the service after battling with BT for months decided to go for satellite and couldn't be happier. Was concerned about the level of signal for speed but it is comparable with my fixed line broadband.”

“As an installer of various satellite internet systems, my experience with Europasat shows that there is a significant difference between Europasat and other satellite ISPs: Sales and tech support are friendly and competent, as a technician, and since my main need as an installer is tech support, I can say: these people really know what they are talking about. Furthermore, I called in on a Sunday, lately, being completely blocked on an installation, just to figure out when on Monday I could possibly call again by listening to the answerphone, when I found tech support open! They solved my problem in a wink. That alone makes Europasat the No. 1 for me. Best Regards Johan Prins owner Alpha Couserans Services - France”

“The technical department people are pretty good. They are not sales people but technically they know what they are talking about. One went. To some length s to help me work out what apps were draining my data allowance. They actually answered the phone on a Sunday morning. Those of us with no cable connections rely on Europasat and they have been pretty good. I would recommend them, particularly the technical chaps.”
