I found it very straightforward to assemble and mount the dish using my own kit. Pointing it was not too difficult having had previous experience of this. The Europasat technical department were helpful with setting up the modem and it was soon connected to the internet. I am now getting a satisfactory fast speed and download time with the performance of the installation and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Installed last week. Took overnight to activate. Now get 2.16Mbps download and 0.52 upload which is only marginally faster than my previous land line provider. I live in rural Cumbria and really wanted to get a much better speed but so far nobwhere near the speeds advertised by Tooway. Engineer calling back this Wednesday. Very diappointed so far. Technical department extremely helpful setting up the system. Sales also quick to the point and I was not bothered by silly stuff! Had to wait too long for the phone to be answered but overall I'm very impressed. Too early to report on performance as speeds are variable. No doubt a pattern will materialise, however, I'm connected and so far so good!

I expected a wow speed after having 2 mb, It didn't happen, after 4 days I got a message saying I have used 27% of my allocation, so I haven't cancelled BT yet, starting to think I might have made a mistake

Slight hick-up with installation as unit not set up correctly in the box and installer had to spend a very long time on help line sorting it which increased my installation bill but all is well and working fine.

It was an absolute joy to deal with Trina in the sales department, very knowledgeable and professional, answered all of my queries and put together a great package to fit my requirements. Steve the engineer was also excellent. I'm struggling to set up a wireless router to work with the system but my experience so far gives me confidence that the tech support team will be just as good and get me up and running.

Extremely please with the way a new install went, initial supplied cable was faulty, quickly resolved without fuss, satellite performance exceeds hopes and expectations.

No problems except for accessing G-mail link which needed action by technical support: promised return phone not made but contact eventually established and problem resolved!

I have had a pretty good experience using Europasat, for the Tooway system for our villa in Italy. They shipped all the kit from the UK for us and I installed it myself (you do need a laptop to do this, if you are thinking of undertaking this yourself and know a little about satellite communications). The experience was let down a little by the fact that the activation code I was given didn't work in Italy, then spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to get through to Technical Support back in the UK to get the activation code corrected, which I did eventually. System is up and running and working well. Tony - Leamington Spa

poor initial response - as usual quick to take the money - no follow up from eurosat - had to chase them and then chase again to get things sorted. Only been up and running a few days - not quite the panacea we hoped for but better than no broadband !

We cannot see a recent speed test performed on your system which has been with a computer connected to the Tooway Modem. Please can you perform our test at http://speedprobe.skylogicnet.com on a computer with a direct connection to the modem. We will then be able to analyse if your service is running at optimum levels. Everything has been done with speed and efficiency and Daran Brown has been enormously helpful. We have only just started and find that the link is straightforward if you want a Volume Booster, but it would be helpful if there were a link to upgrade the tariff or at least more instructions about how to go about it

Self install went exactly as per instructions, equipment giving speeds right at the top limit as advertised. Telephone support excellent. Hope all this continues!

Had to ring to order but excellent service on the phone . I have now installed it all in France, very good video about the installation on the CD that came with the dish. When it was all installed on the computer it said ready to use the internet but wouldn't work! Again a call to the help line and my reference number from the modem and its up and running. Very pleased so far (only had it going for 6 days)

Installation and workmanship very good, but thought download speed would be faster. Also VERY disappointed that unlimited broadband is not available - we need this to stream UK TV - when will this be available here in Crete?

The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds are lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. Please also be aware that the services is an up-to service which means the 22MB/s is not a guaranteed speed. This is stated in our terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.europasat.com/support/about-us/terms-conditions/.
