“We live in France in the middle of nowhere. We can't get the Internet by phone line or the French WiMax broadcast system. So, enter Europasat (originally Tooway). We were up and running within a day once the kit had arrived. The system works well (very impressed) and the support staff are second to none. Got a query, just phone. Need an upgrade, just phone. The staff are polite, helpful and fast. Love it to pieces.”

“In this day and age it is essencial to have confidence in the company you deal with.This is backed with after sales service this I found with europasat to be excellent. After frustration in abundance with my previous supplier this was a breath of fresh air. Very happy with the service from europasat although a tiny bit more expensive than others I think you get what you pay for, from bitter experience. I would recommend europasat to anyone. J.B.Picker”

“I have a holiday home in southern Spain with a Europasat satelite insatllation. When a computer crash occured I had to install everything again. With the incredible support and patience of Europasat customer support we managed to get everything up and running again. All by phone and step by step. “I moved to an area where I couldn't get broadband by telephone line so I searched the internet for a company who could supply a satellite broadband system and I came across Europasat. Very impressed when I contacted them for information, they were so helpful. I placed my order and it arrived very quickly. The instructions for assembly and mounting were really good and I installed the dish and set it up myself without any problems. I have been very impressed with the company and the service they give and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Fantastic team. We arranged payment through the Access Broadband Cymru scheme. Europasat were very helpful and the equipment arrived without issue. The installation team were fab. The system works really well and meets our day-to-day needs perfectly. The only thing that's missing is the ability to buy a boost. We would like to be able to pay extra to buy maximum extra band width and unlimited data for a week say, when we have the grandchildren to stay. It encourages them to come and they use all the available data in no time which leaves is with nothing, having to buy a basic reset. Generally, we're very happy with it though and it got us online when no other option was available.”

“The whole process, from the initial e-mail enquiry, through the follow-up responses to queries, the arranging to undertake a test run, the placing of the order, the delivery and finally the installation, has been conducted in a very friendly and professional manner. What I thought might be a fraught process, has been relatively pain free and I was able to get on and use the internet without any problems. Many thanks..”

“The only downside with satellite internet is the longer latency: about 700 ms compared to 40ms with a BT landline. However, 20 Mb/sec is more than ten times faste than the maximum rate I ever achieved with the landline. Being over 1 mile from the nearest BT exchange and with frequent power cuts BT kept on reducing our maximum connection rate. so the the average speed was below 1 Mb/sec. With the satellit connection, internet access is lost when we have a thunderstorm, but it comes back automatically when the storm has passed. In contrast with the landline a thunderstorm would blow the ADSL filter and I would have to wait until the next working day to get it fixed. Just replacing the ADSL filter was not sufficient since I would have to get BT to eset the ADSL connection. We are limited to 17 Gb per month, so when we have visitors and have 10 connections on the router instead of 2, I have to buy a FUP reset (£18). The bandwidth is enough for normal UTube usage.”
