“As a new customer I was very surprised to find that there was no warning when you are running out of PAYG satellite broadband credit and no app to monitor usage. Moreover when you do pay for further credit it doesn't appear on your account until the next day rather than immediately. In addition the Europasat. Com website has been very slow compared to other websites since we became new customers and used it for the first time on the 5th April. This smacks to me if under investment in IT systems and is very disappointing especially for a technology company.”

“Worked for two days then packed in, as it stopped working on good Friday cant get any support until Teusday, so no internet all weekend. Not happy, paid all that money and nothing.”

“There is no proof or confirmation of the actual download speed we are really getting after activation of the broadband connection. The supplier says 20 mbps and the speed I ever recorded was max 10 mbps. So it is easy to sell a 20 mbps package and only deliver half or less....”

“I had requested that the satellite service commenced on a specific day and you did not connect us untll the following day which is unacceptable as I needed to communicate with the U.K. On an important matter. As we have no telephone and rely on satellite communication this caused more than an inconvenience. I have not experienced any issues in the past.”

“While the initial dealings over the phone with a guy called Neil were very helpful and positive, after a week waiting for the installation last Thursday I am still waiting to be connected as the installers drill bit couldn't get through the wall. I was supposed to be contacted yesterday with a return date to finish the job but haven't heard anything yet so I have a satellite dish on the side of my wall but no service!”

“I live in Bulgaria and needed to swap our internet provider for our Tooway satellite internet and from the first e-mail to actually taking our first package through Europasat over about 3 weeks our enquirers and emails were answered quickly and efficiently to enable the swap over to take place easily, would highly recommend your services and a very very high recommendation for a lady called Trina who dealt with our request from start to finish Regards Paul & Carol Davison”

“Satellite Broadband is never going to be ideal for web browsing because of the time it takes for the signal to travel via the satellite to the server. A web page requires numerous connections, each connection taking three quarters of a second to make. However, the actual download is almost instant and in practice a previously viewed page should load in under ten seconds. There may be further delays caused by congestion on the actual internet during the evening. Not great, probably equivalent to a 2Mb phone line connection, but you get used to it. A satellite connection is much more stable than a crackly phone line (mine has been rock solid for over two years) and is ideal for streaming video which requires just the one connection. The people at Europasat are friendly and helpful, it is like dealing with a small business, and I can happily recommend them.”
