“We originally bought a satellite dish for TV via Big Dish Sat some years ago and were pleased with the service we received, so naturally went back to them for our broadband. We've been really pleased, impressed actually, with the service we've received from both John at Big Dish Sat and also Europasat themselves - Alex was very efficient when I called with a query about the set-up and extremely pleasant too and John at Big Dish Sat has always been amazingly helpful. I would thoroughly recommend both companies. Thank you - its been a pleasure dealing with you. Best regards Lyn Newman”

“Really pleased with the service. Equipment arrived on time and service commenced as soon as it was activated. No issues with speed either. The help line people were very helpful and patient when we were installing the equipment.”

“Very pleased with the service we received. The Wi-Fi was up and running when promised. The usage is easy to work out and the packages to buy are straight forward. Only had this for a few weeks at the moment so will make another review later on.”

“Excellent prompt service which was appreciated as we had had no broadband for 3 weeks due to the previous provider ceasing trading at short notice. The installation was very efficiently carried out and appears to be working very well. We are extremely satisfied with the level of service and download speed, especially having been let down in the recent past.”

“Very good sales team. All delivered to my French address within 3 days of placing order. Self-install option used, follow the instructions methodically, and installation was painless. Only downside, after 3.5 days, our system is down. On the plus side, i have spoken to the technical dept. and they are open at w/ends, so i can discuss further when i am home in France.”

“Great service as usual. I had some difficulty getting online after I'd suspended my subscription over the winter. I contacted the Customer service department and the guy there talked me through the process of restarting my system, thank you.”

“Speedy, efficient service. Technical and financial details explained by your operator with patience and with the understanding that some older folk have difficulty with the intricacies of the satellite system. This was a major investment for two OAPs working with only the State pension so we were quite nervous about the purchase. Your representative was reassuring and had us on line very quickly. Since then - after getting into the habit of measuring our on line activities to meet the data collection we had arranged - we now can enjoy the service to the full. I would make one point for your consideration. It seems unfair that if we order an additional data portion should we run short towards the end of the month, any remaining at the end of the period cannot be carried forward and added to the next month's allocation. Something you might want to think about?”

“Living in the mountains it was with great relief we found you were able to put us on the Internet. Along with several neighbours we find the standard of broadband given to be delivered consistently and at an affordable price. Let us hope you will continue these same standards for many years to come. In return we will continue to use your service and where possible recommend you to others. ????????”

“My experience with europasat has been excellent. I purchased the equipment for my property in Portugal, the service from Catia in the local office was first class , the appointment for installation plus all the arrangements for payment etc were managed in a very proffessional and timely manner. The sytem works well and has a good user friendly portal to enable you to manage your account on-line Thank you very much. Bob Middletn”
