I spoke to a guy named Phil Legge and he was very helpful and seemed very happy to help me with all my questions and queries.

It was only a change of credit card details that I needed done, but the assistant was helpful and cheerful, makes a nice change from a lot of customer service one has to contact ;-) Thank you.

Their customer services in UK,were excellent.Polite, precise,not patronising,The chap was very helpful, knew his busines,understood my issue,and made me feel, i was actually talking with a caring customer services person.He gave me confidence in his sincerity,to look into my issue further and i was very satisfied with how i was handled.

The telephone was answered quickly,the chap i spoke with,name of Phil,,was exempliary in his helpfulness.I have had a great deal of unhappiness with Europasat in the last few months,but talking with Phil, has reinstated my confidence in the company,seriously. I was more than happy to make payment,of the two outstanding invoices,and feel reassured that Phil, will actually do something about my complaint from July. He is a great example of how to deal with clients,and i think he should be set out,by the company,as a training role model.Thank you

A bit of a wait on the phone but not a big issue. We all know how it is to be busy!! Once through to Customer Service, the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. EXCELLENT, professional, efficient and polite assistance. Pleased and happy indeed!

It works. Landline connection isn't possible here, but satellite works reliably and is pretty fast. Provided you don't try to download too much it's also reasonably priced. Streaming video soon gets pretty expensive, though.

I called up to check our usage levels and established that we had fully used up our allowance. I attempted to purchase a volume booster as done previously and was offered a more suitable tariff. Phil Legge also resolved a concern that I had raised that had been left unresolved and has reset my login details for me as well.

Great product and customer service from this Broadband supplier. Had the PAYG service initially, but this didn't last a week with us and when it ran out you were presented with some strange security warnings, which threw us completely. Called their Customer Service and spoke to Heather Bosworth who was knowledgable and incredibly helpful. She looked at our stats and came up with some better options and some suggestions for when the house is closed up over winter. We now have bags of capacity and a cost effective winter solution. Really pleased with the way she took this on-board and kept us informed along the way. We don't get a mobile signal at the house and the SFR landline is up and down all the time. So, to have a reliable Internet solution, with great Customer Service, is a real positive step forward. Highly recommended.
