It does what it says on the box. Gives me excellent internet access when I need speed for work. What I really would like is an unlimited just like MEO, but the price could reflect your better service. Your big packages are just too expensive. Why not have a buffer price list depending on monthly usage so if I use 30 gb thats what i pay for. if 100 gb etc etc. It would have to be on a trial basis for existing customers who already have the equipment.

Very pleased with the ultimate outcome, but a few teething problems happened between the original site survey and installation: 1. The installation engineer was not from the same Company as came out to do the original site survey, therefore had no knowledge of the install and what was required. Luckily I was at home and was able to walk him through the previous engineers comments and recommendations. 2. Although a free standing roof/patio stand was supplied as there was potential complications with the proposed wall mounting. No wall mounting bracket was supplied and therefore this option was not available to us regardless. 3. The installation engineer also commented that the King Post would have been a better solution rather than the roof/patio stand provided. He also commented that this would possible have been a cheaper option?

At first the thought of setting up the system seemed daunting, but after meeting John and his demonstration on how to set up Dish, I had no fears. Once fitted Broad was immediate. We have been very pleased with the service, we can use the net for Facetime, watching you tube and even the odd film. Transfer of data is quick. Originally we maintained our Neuf Box but after a couple of months we cancelled it relying totally on Satellite. John assured us that the Pro30 package was enough for us and his experience proved right. We have data to spare each month easily. We get excellent communication from Europasat and it is easy to change our details such as payment cards. Excellent Service, would recommend to anyone. John Freeth Pleuville.

Poor communication and lots of legals in the fine print which stops us using it as it should be. Wouldn't use them again.

In general the sat system is reliable and reasonably priced but does not attain the upload and download speeds advertised. In particular we have problems with "facetime" in that we never obtain a video link (despite chatting to one of your staff about it a few months ago). The website is helpful and provides a good level of information. It would be helpful if you could provide day by day usage (graph or list) to complement the usage data you currently provide.

I have found Europsat to be extremely good. There billing system by e-mail is efficient and easy to understand, as is the usage chart. I am certainly happy with the service I receive, at the moment. I will reserve full judgement on it if and when I encounter a problem.

Really good and helpful installation by Keith who knows his stuff and overcame quite a few problems with our old farm house. So far so good as the service is reliable, but not particularly fast. This is not of great importance for our business, but could be if we needed to upload more data. The only problem is that we cannot work out mobile telephones through the service. Like so many isolated rural businesses we have no mobile signal. A disgrace in the 21st century! Otherwise a cracking good team of friendly and helpful people who have provided us with a reliable service. Thanks to you all.

We are still not at all happy with our install. our broadband is virtually unusable - I am unable to stream music or TV as the service is so intermittent, yet each time I telephone, I am told that I am receiving 15 mgb of speed. My IT consultant has stated after running his own tests that we are lucky to be receiving 2 mgb at times.

Have you explained the internal wireless networking that you have as it sounds as if this may be the issue if you are receiving speeds of 15Mb. The Technical Team can also explain to your consultant the difference between satellite broadband and ADSL broadband and the use of standard speed tests. Service is fairly inconsistent. Rarely is the advertised speeds of up to 20 Mb reached, frequently it is down to 0.5 Mb, just about on a par with a dial-up service. Calls to the UK help line take time and complaints are not actioned nor is service improved. My contract is for two years otherwise I would try elsewhere.

Hi Kenneth We have looked at your account and can see speed tests up to 25 October 2014 where the speed test results are 17.2mbps download and 4.5mbps upload. Looking at the account history you do achieve some very good throughput and speed test records indicate a nice performance, If you are experiencing issues please email support@europasat.com where our technical team will be happy to assist. The system works faster than BT in this area, which is dismal, but I'm constantly having to keep an eye on downloads. My son only has to watch a film online, or my wife watch something 'on demand', and I find half of my available Mbs are used! Therefore it can get quite expensive. The flip side is that it seems to be fairly reliable and if there ever is a problem, you can talk to a proper person and they're on to it straight away.
