“From the first moment that I contacted Eurosat they surpassed my expectations in terms of customer service - everyone in their sales & service teams that I spoke to (Trina, Dom, Steven) were exceptionally helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions fully. I had some difficult requirements (my house is in a tricky position to receive the satellite connection) but the team took the time to review the position on Google Maps with me while I was on the phone to talk through options. What originally was a worry for me was quickly smoothed over by their reassurance that everything would be fine. They also organised the delivery to coincide with the day I was moving into my new property... ... Phil, the installation man, was there early and was absolutely excellent and professional throughout the service. He also had a wealth of knowledge about how the system worked, ideas for how to position things and, in the end, made absolutely sure that everything was going to work well moving forwards. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eurosat to anyone (and, in fact, have already - hopefully they'll take it up so we can both benefit from the "recommend a friend" scheme that Eurosat operate).”

“The consignment arrived 5 days ago exactly on time. Support from Europasat was excellent, both during purchase and installation. We have a clear line of sight with the dish mounted in a discrete location 1 metre above ground on the back of an outbuilding. (This was the fallback position, required to satisfy the domestic planning authority.) I used a sat finder app on an iPhone to help orientate the dish correctly and found the satellite immediately on switch-on. Maximising the signal was straight forward. Europasat help was invaluable when setting up the modem and router, which are now working perfectly together. Download speeds vary, the lowest has been 1.4 Mb/s (BT delivered 0.1 for the last two months, and no prospect of improvement). The highest from satellite so far has been 11.2 Mb/s. I assume the variation is related to America at work and at rest. More research is needed to be sure of this correlation. The PAYG option probably won't suit our domestic use, it's too easy to exceed the data limit without constant monitoring. So far, a very satisfactory change-over from BT copper wire. “Kevin and his team answered all my queries and came to do a site survey within hours of my enquiry (the fact that they are based within 2 miles of me helped). The installation was performed smoothly and professionally with the minimum of disruption. They even removed a router that they were using in their office as the one I had was incompatible and my children were upset as the long awaited broadband was not working. They were always available to answer questions and went way beyond my expectations in every regard. I can not praise them highly enough and have not reservation in recommending them. The satellite broadband works brilliantly. I only wish I had made the switch years ago. Many thanks again, Scott C. Laleston”

“What can I say except thank so much for giving the service of a broadband system to my remote part of isle of Skye in Scotland from order placed to technical answers and back up when i purchased my Tooway system with the correct tools and experiance of being a tradesman i was able to complete and enjoy something I never thought possible”

“I normally would not bother - but I am so impressed it would be rude not to! 1. I ordered my SatBB Tooway 25 kit, self install, own your own kit last Tuesday and it arrived by courier the next day!! - I received two messages and the courier came as promised. Not only did it arrive in under 24hours - we live on Exmoor and it has snowed and the kids were off school but the delivery driver said he waited till later in the day as he knew he could make it to us then and he did! Interlink+super driver 10/10 2. Install - simple - I think I could aim it better but I need some spare time. Easy 10/10. 3. Price - we use a SIP phone which seems to be working so for 49.99 its great - compared with BT value for money is way better and +2MB/S in the middle of nowhere - ACE! 4. Pros - Streaming is never going to work for us as if the connection drops its a rubbish experience but we can plan to download our films in the free off peak usage slot so it works brill. 5. Cons - I am going to use my data up a bit quick this month but we have had no internet for 6 months so it is to be expected! 6. Every person encountered was very helpful. Overall 100/100 can not say how good it is, 3 days up and running - thoroughly delighted. Thanks.”

“Perfect deal. The system is so easy to set up that even an old idiot like me can figure it out. So much better than having to pay for the installation. I have even moved the system from a temporary location to it's permanent one. Very good speed, very good value and very good service received.”

“Before going on to europasat we had Nordnet which was absolutely dire, hardly ever worked and impossible to ever get anything sorted out with it, totally unreliable. Tooway on Europasat works well, is faster and we get a bigger allowance as standard. Sat internet is always going to be dearer and slower than broadband but this works well. I particularly like the way we get reminders of our usage and can adjust our use if we are a bit too close to having used 100% like this month. Slowing our speed down instead of cutting us off is a much fairer idea.”

“An excellent company which can be relied upon to give the potential customer balanced information prior to purchasing one of its satellite packages. We are very pleased with our installation which gives us genuine high speed broadband in our rural location. The web site is very informative and the secure client area easy to use.
