Following a good installation the service sadly went downhill. This went on to the extent that when I left a service query, it went unanswered well beyond the regular response SLA advertised by Europasat. I eventually got an answer, which whilst apologetic didn't address the real issues behind the deterioration in service. The ongoing issues finally led us to cancel the service due to it being oversold and the fact that the service was suffering from random issues.

The engineer was excellent , adapted to difficult installation well . Given incorrect information at point of sales , ( my existing B.T. router could be used ) . This was later dismissed by Europasat as not having been said , but then that sadly is a standard reply by many organizations today . The result is that I now have further costs of around £ 40-50 to incur , had I been in knowledge of the total cost I may have looked elsewhere .

Many apologies that the difference between ADSL and DSL routers was not discussed with you during your conversation with our Sales Advisor. Unfortunately, BT routers are not suitable for use. Not happy with my 10gb data usage it seems to just disappear.also with regards to speed it just goes downhill in the afternoon. So, I'm going to give it another 2 months and if it doesn't improve then it's out the door I'm afraid.

Comprehensive kit supplied . dish construction takes a while (self-install) and fine tuning was a struggle first attempt . came back the following morning and no problems so perhaps i was just tired ! good internet connection so far (better than previous satellite provider) , not sure how the allotted usage will work , but apparently upgrade is easy . we use Facetime/Tango Apple apps to contact family in USA and previously it was a struggle to have a conversation . very good through Tooway so worth any extra costs !

Since installation, I have yet to receive a download speed faster than 3Mb. Nowhere close to the 20Mb advertised.

1. The lead-in: operatives were helpful with information by phone and email when trying to decide which company. Less impressed by getting an invoice before I had actually signed up! and also having to chase confirmation of date and time of installation. 2, The site survey. this took place as planned and the engineer was fine 3. The installation: there was a bit of a hiccup here because the engineer had a bereavement at the time agreed, but a new date and new engineer were rapidly organised and we were kept informed. This did however lead to installation taking longer than usual because of switch of equipment. Engineer was super-helpful and did not leave until all machines connected. 4. How it works now: it is much more reliable so far than our previous dongle. However, it is not much faster which is a bit disappointing.

Used up data (10gb) in 4 days! No films no music, just Facebook- with videos set not to stream & a bit of browsing. Calculator before purchase is misleading at best but probably fraudulent I am still debating what to do. Absolutely furious!!!

Had sat broadband for just one week and we have used all our allowance we are very low usage so be aware before buying. Also make sure u watch for end of 14 day get out or u will be fixed in for 24 months

Everything was received and installed as per there time frame, my only criticism is the speed they said was achievable is no where near... having said that its still considerably better then BT in my area.

Excellent prompt service which was appreciated as we had had no broadband for 3 weeks due to the previous provider ceasing trading at short notice. The installation was very efficiently carried out and appears to be working very well. We are extremely satisfied with the level of service and download speed, especially having been let down in the recent past.

Very good sales team. All delivered to my French address within 3 days of placing order. Self-install option used, follow the instructions methodically, and installation was painless. Only downside, after 3.5 days, our system is down. On the plus side, i have spoken to the technical dept. and they are open at w/ends, so i can discuss further when i am home in France.

the installation did not work. Larry, the person who did the installation, said it is possibly something with the contract (new type of contract), but he couldn't take contact because Friday wasn't a working day. He would take contact this week and see me again next time I am in Spain. I hope everthing wil "activated" and work then. So verry poor because it isn't working yet.

Great service as usual. I had some difficulty getting online after I'd suspended my subscription over the winter. I contacted the Customer service department and the guy there talked me through the process of restarting my system, thank you.

We have had the dish and modem 6 days now. Fitting, installation and checking went smoothly. The modem needed rebooting at 1100 BST on 2nd April 2015, when the connection failed for no apparent reason. As expected the speed started disappointing. Today it has improved, but part of the reason may be that it is Saturday and not all business users are online. Ookla measured speeds are as follows (all times BST, download/upload in Mbps): March 30 @1925 4.81/1.80 March 31 @2235 1.44/0.72 April 01 @0950 3.98/2.16 April 01 @1512 1.06/0.62 April 01 @2254 3.28/1.82 April 02 @1220 4.74/2.43 April 02 @2106 2.11/1.02 April 04 @1315 10.52/3.54

Not happy, very slow, keeps going off. Have only had it installed 6 days and nearly used all the data allowance, 2 programmes watched and normal surfing carried out. No good what so ever for general public usage
