No body from DHL picked my packet two times, and when called support they did not understant that literaly nobody picked up the documents, nobody came. Instead, they tried to put blame on me, support asked questions what am I sending, that I have to show my passport to currier, and other usless things - the point was currier did not showed up two times.

I wish there was -5..Worst service ever. Wasted my money.. almost 115 euros.. then they tell me to pay extra 50 euros for customs to get your package. How did the package travel from my country to Germany without passing through customs. You call them, and no one speaks. You call DhL, they tell you they speak only German. sicken 🤮 🤮. And it's 3 weeks now, I don't even know who has my package. BS.

I have had a truly horrible experience with them. When their courier refused to pick up my parcel for no good reason (no items in the parcel were on their prohibited list, but we got a vague 'internal policy'), they have refused to provide me a full refund. Proceed at your own peril if you want to waste time and money and get some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered.

Never again. Booked an international door-to-door delivery. Collecting courier -according to eurosender a subcontractor, GLS germany - failed to show up not only once but 4 times (full days staying at home 9-18h waiting and not going to work) spread along 2 weeks. Complaining about this got me the answer that the courier did indeed show up (gas lighting anyone?), even if nobody rang (there are witnesses of this, I live in a shared flat) nor was there any notification of visit on my letterbox or door. The help center people are very nice and there are very talented people writing reviews. But I did not pay 29 euros to exchange emails with help center nor reading reviews. After canceling the service, Eurosender insists in not reimbursing me, even if they did not deliver proof that the courier even tried to show up in the agreed time frame. No taking of responsibility, no respect for the signed contract, just blaming the client or the subcontractor. We have here a self denominated delivery company which doesn't even manage to collect parcels in a reasonable amount of time. Never again.

didn't come to collect - service use to be good but now I wouldn't recommend it. Poor customer service as well.

O produto foi recolhido em 29 set e hj 2 out não há notícias. Não há número para rastreio ou qualquer indicação que a mercadoria esteja a caminho.

We had some issues with package being damaged but Eurosender went ahead and refunded the full cost of the item so I gotta say I was very satisfied.

Très mauvais service. La personne qui est venue chercher mes cartons a d'abord refusé de m'aider à les porter puis est partie sans mes cartons... j'ai dû recommander pour le lendemain. Puis a la reception j'ai attendu mes cartons chaque jour sans savoir où ils étaient (le suivi n'était pas mis à jour) pour qu'ils arrivent au final avec une semaine de retard!

Nous sommes navrés si l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances, nous ne pouvons jamais prévoir à l'avance les problèmes liés à la logistique. Il y a eu un souci de communication entre l'entreprise logistique en Italie et celle en Pologne ce qui a engendré un retard. Nous tentons de notre mieux pour que la communication globale soit constamment améliorée afin d'éviter ce type de situation. Bien à vous.

However, we never obtained a reply from your side to know if the package was in good hands. The ordering process is well organized and efficient. Eurosender has done a good job at the front end of the process. What I'm not pleased about is Eurosender not communicating the tracking number to its clients in a timely manner. I've had this issue with both of my recent shipments. On both occasions I've had to reach out to Eurosender to request this information. On my latest shipment even though the shipment went out this morning i.e. over 9 hours ago I still don't have a tracking number and am waiting for a response from support on this issue. I don't understand why Eurosender doesn't arrange with courier partners to have them print this information on the receipt that is delivered when package is picked up. Clearly the courier knows the tracking number so if the information is no provided sooner (which it should) why not at least share it through that document. I'm otherwise pleased with the service.

Hello Nicholas, Many thanks for your feedback here, that is very appreciated. The tracking numbers are usually sent in the morning of the collection (standard orders) but the courier companies can, from time to time, have some delays. This is an aspect that we definitely try to improve with each of our partners. On the receipt given should be stated the tracking numbers but this receipt is not always provided. We will work harder to make it simpler! Sincerely.

I sent three boxes, only 2 were received. I lost one bag and there was no possible way to communicate that or complain.
