“The guys at Euroventure have been nothing but brilliant! Michael and Karis have been excellent in answering all our questions and queries, and going out of their way to accommodate our bespoke 5-day interrailing trip to Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague. The travel pack was a really nice touch, being personalised to our party and including useful phrases for each country and a summary of things to do and visit. The hotels were all in central and accessible locations (public transportation was no more than a few minutes walk away!). The rooms were all of the described 3/4* quality and had no complaints - couldn't have done a better job ourselves! Overall, would definitely recommend Euroventure and have no doubt that this will not be the only trip I book with them 😉 Tony”

“As we booked and sorted our trip the Euroventure team (especially Karis) were extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. As for the trip itself there were no complains from myself or my friends. The hostels were all of a good quality, and in decent locations in regards to the cities. We also appreciated the travel guide Euroventure sent that provided us with interesting places to visit we otherwise may have overlooked. I would definitely recommend Euroventure as they allowed our group to travel around 5 major cities without any hassle and for a good price. We had an amazing time, and Euroventure played a big part in that.”

“The trip was truly spectacular! The choice of hostels was really good: the highlight was the hotel in Murano near Venice. The only thing that didn't work 100% as expected was that, when we got to the train station indicated in the travel package in Budapest, a person there told us that the train that we needed to catch to Ljubljana was leaving from another train station in Budapest. Thankfully enough we had arrived early, so we had time to take a cab to the other train station. Apart from that, I really don't have any other feedback for the trip. GREAT job -- I will surely recommend Euroventure to my friends and family!”

“Where to begin! Firstly, if you want absolute peace of mind when you are traveling then there really isn’t any other company to use or to book your trip though. That may sound like an outrageous claim, but once you read this review then you will definitely see why. Prior to completing my six-week Pan-European trip, I had done little to no traveling. It was fair to say that I was a rookie and that’s why I decided to book my trip through Euroventure Travel Ltd. For a fixed (and very fair) price you pay for all of your transportation and accommodation. To me that was one of my biggest worries: how will I get around? Within one week of purchasing my package, I received a travel pack that included everything I would need for my trip. It included all of my tickets for the trains and buses not covered by my Interrail Pass, in included my Interrail Pass, a guide on how to fill it out, a list of the dates I would need to enter on my pass, a timetable, instructions on how to get to and from bus and train stations and hostels, recommendations for places to visit, eat, drink and party and even a phrasebook containing key phrases in the languages of the countries I would be visiting! It was amazing and it definitely helped ease some of the anxiousness and nervousness that comes with traveling alone for the first time. Euroventure really did think of everything! The travel pack also included a list of all of the hostels I would be staying in and the dates I would arrive and leave. One of the greatest options that Euroventure offers is the ability for you to tailor-make your own itinerary. It is 100% customizable. Although I did not do this for my own trip, I did meet plenty of people who were either on customizable trips or had used this option with Euroventure in the past. Everywhere I went I heard nothing but praise for this company and here a few examples of why I would book with them again. 1. Their customer service is second to none. They are always willing to help (they even replied to a few direct messages on Twitter on the weekend!) and sort out any situation that you may have, or answer any questions. Their response time was extremely fast and their customer service team was always delightful to go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. On one of my trips I didn't have a reserved ticked included in my travel pack – I contacted them and they were very quick to issue me a refund for the price of the reservation that I had to pay out of pocket, which was incredibly nice and professional of them. I know of other companies that have blamed the customer for losing them or blaming the customer for a mistake that the company made. Yes, it was a little stressful but the professionalism and the willingness to offer a full refund (£20) was such a nice gesture that it did not damped my trip in anyway shape or form. 2. They make Interrailing easy. Yes, it is in their slogan but they really do! As I mentioned above I had such a peace of mind moving from city to city or country to country, knowing that my accommodations and train tickets or bus tickets were already sorted and already having instructions and maps of where to go and how to get to the hostels safely. That was such a great feeling and if you are thinking about traveling alone for the first time it definitely is reassuring and takes off a whole load of stress. I couldn’t recommend booking with Euroventure enough. 3. The hostels were all incredible. I did not stay in a hostel that I didn’t like. They were all very clean and nice and again, by booking your accommodation through Euroventure all I had to do was show up and state I had a reservation and it was as easy as counting to three. The hostels vary in vibes, some were filled with a younger more outgoing crowd and some were very relaxed and calmer. I even stayed in a 4-star hotel once and that was incredible! Euroventure does a great job of vetting out and searching for the best accommodation for its customers. They actually have visited and stayed in all of the hostels/hotels that they recommend – which I think is great. I cannot recommend a better company to book a trip though. I have nothing but high praise for Euroventure. They are a top class company who made a dream of mine become a reality and offered professionalism, class, care and even a few laughs along the way. Traveling can seem daunting and it can seem like it’s quite hard to do and I was nervous to do it – but the benefits outweigh the fear a million to one, I can’t help but think that Euroventure played a HUGE part in eliminating those fears. I am one very satisfied customer and I cannot wait to book through these guys again in the future, I have already shared their name (and my testimony) to many of my friends who are also looking to travel. I am glad that others wrote detailed reviews because that definitely helped me make a decision on whom to book with. Euroventure is the only company who can offer you expertise, peace of mind and a 5-star backpacking trip! It was an unforgettable experience and words really do not do it justice to just how amazing my trip was and how thankful I am for Euroventure for helping me accomplish a lifelong dream of traveling around Europe. From the bottom of my heart I thank all of you at Euroventure! You guys truly are amazing.”

“We booked the Iron Curtain deal with Euroventure and to sum it up as best I could, well; it was nothing short of amazing! My partner and I are always looking to add stamps on our passports, so we set ourselves a challenge to visit as many places (countries) in a week – spending as little as possible without skimping on quality – and that’s when we came across Euroventure. The booking process was easy, we filled out the form for what we were after, received a quote, and discussed all our concerns with the agent (Karis) and a few days later, received all our travel and accommodation documents. Honestly, I say this trip was nothing short of amazing, because everything – and I mean everything, was covered from personalised instructions on getting to the hostels, to tips on places to see, things to eat and even some helpful language translations for each country on our itinerary. The personalised planner definitely took the stress out of planning the entire trip. The accommodation across the four countries – Germany, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary was just as great. The hostels were clean, modern and very welcoming – we could not fault them even if we’d tried. We shared rooms with some of the nicest people, and there was complete room security for all our belongings which was a relief. We would definitely recommend Euroventure, for anybody who wants a fun trip without the stress of planning it. We will definitely be booking again!”
