“My family of 4, from age 19 to 73, highly recommend Euroventure! Our trip was 28 days and 17 locations in 4 countries. The Euroventure team helped with all of my questions, ideas and changes before departure. All of the details, packet, tickets and vouchers were all we needed. Using the rail system was a beautiful way to see much of the countryside. I hope to travel with them again soon.”

“We had a great trip there was a couple off issues with bookings being made in the wrong name or not being found but this was very quickly solved with a phone call. A very non stressful way to travel europe.”

“I had a fantastic time from the trip booked with Euroventure. The booklet as well as the information I received regarding my trip was clear and easily understood. It was my first time in continental Europe and they made it so convenient for me to travel to different cities without worrying about organising my travel and accommodation. Accommodation in different cities can be good or bad depending on the place, but most hostels in my trip were generally good. This also applies to travel (by trains) where most trains (except one - the night train) were really good. When I had a problem with one of the trains - I contacted them about the issue and received a really friendly response, as well as a refund on that part very quickly. I would definitely be using Euroventure again for my future European trip. I'm just hoping that they will add more routes on their 2-week set trips.”

Hey Baramee, thanks for the great review! I am glad that overall you had a great trip and that you would like to use Euroventure again - remember you get £100 off per returning customer! We can also edit the routes on any of the set trips to suit your preferences now that you have had a taste of what Europe has to offer! I am sorry that not every hostel was up to scratch - we do check the hostels we partner with but are aware that after COVID, things changed a little for a few of them. We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service!

“Anyone thinking about doing any trip through Europe would be lucky to book through euroventure. The trip was planned and set out so easily for me and my partner, with all our needs catered for during the booking process. The company made everything so smooth for us to treat the travelling process like a holiday rather than a stressful experience. The euroventure team catered to our every need replying to our emails and queries within a matter of hours to help us with our trip. We definitely plan on using euroventure again and I would recommend you all to do the same!”

“The trip with euroventure was excellent. Everything went to plan and the accommodation was great. The customer service before and during the trip was good but didn’t manage to get a hold of them through WhatsApp. Other than that no problems and a great experience.”

“I can’t recommend Euroventure enough. We planned this trip at 17 and due to COVID we didn’t make the trip till we were 21. Euroventure we’re so helpful and supportive, especially during such crazy times for travelling. They really put us at ease and made sure we had a great trip. Going on a trip like we did, it felt really great knowing we had a number we could call if anything went wrong. Thanks to Euroventure for organising the trip of a lifetime.”

“Incredible customer service and a great trip! After having to push my trip back twice due to covid restrictions, I finally got to go and it was amazing. Accommodation was great in all locations, trains easy to figure out and everything being sorted was a bonus. Already looking at which trip to book next with yourselves!”

“Made my first time inter-railing incredibly enjoyable, the accommodation was fantastic. Also they sent on directions from train stations to hostels and advice on the best things to do and see. Would highly recommend!”

“I initially booked with Euroventure before the pandemic back in 2019. I was unable to get a refund on my trip but their amazing customer service team worked with me at every step of the way to ensure that I would be able to take my dream travel trip at a later date! They took the stress out of planning and helped me avoid all of the stressful details and pitfalls I would have gotten caught hung up in. And thanks to the group tour style of the trip I booked I was able to meet an insanely amazing group of people I now consider my lifelong friends. I definitely recommend booking with Euroventure for anyone who has the time and money to spare!”

“Quick and responsive customer service when planning your trip. However not so useful when on your trip they are closed by 4pm and only provide generic non specific advice when stuck, that you can find out on your own - if you have problems outside of their open hours your on your own! Trip would have been good value for money however I ended up having to pay for hotels in 5 out 7 place as I was in mixed dorms (this should have been made clearer at the booking stage) which consisted of all males in some places with myself being the only female- I did not feel safe as a solo traveller! I was stranded in a remote area near the start of my trip due to train cancellations and speaking to euroventure- I ended up having to get a taxi to the next destination, and after a complaint from my family I did receive a refund for the cost of the taxi in a timely manner. This was my first solo travel experience as I usually do group trips (where accomodation is generally single sex) however my experience with this company created much panic and anxiety and as such I would not feel comfortable or confident in travelling with them as a solo traveller or as part of a group in the future. I feel that they are not particularly concerned with their customers safety and are reluctant to assist if you feel unsafe and ask for help.”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and again, sorry that you feel disappointed with your Euroventure experience. I did reply and address many of these points to your email back in April, but never received a reply from you. Our Office Manager had already been in touch with you to explain that the reason you weren't in female-only dorms is that you had instead purchased mixed, smaller-sized dorms and had not given any indication that staying in single-sex dorms was an essential part of your trip. When you rearranged your trip during COVID, you emailed us to clarify that you would be staying in 'smaller-dorms', with again no mention of female-only dorms. These same-sex dorms tend to be much more expensive and I am not aware of other travel operators who would automatically opt for these female-only dorms as standard. Nevertheless, I do of course acknowledge your point made about safety: this is undoubtedly our number one priority for all of our customers and it's for this reason we only use hostels with high ratings, that we have vetted ourselves and can trust. Your previous comments regarding the receptionist being on her phone and there being underwear on the floor of your hostel room, which prompted you to seek your own accommodation, have been passed on to the hostel. If you had mentioned this to us or the hostel at the time of your stay, these issues could have been quickly resolved as opposed to checking out. I'd also like to extend our apologies for the problems you encountered with the train; of course, a train being cancelled due to adverse weather conditions is never ideal for anyone. Our team here did everything they could to help you based on the information they had at their disposal. Our usual office hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 - but we do have a 24/7 emergency helpline, exclusively for travellers who are away on their trip so we can help outside of these office hours if required. Sadly you did not ring this emergency number so we weren't aware of any problems until we were back in the office. We're always open to suggestions and ways we can improve, however, we completely reject any suggestion that we are not concerned about customer safety nor are we in any way reluctant to help. Our travel team and management spoke to you several times and tracked replacement trains whilst we waited to hear back from you as to what you had decided to do. At the first point of learning about it, we immediately refunded you in full for the taxi you had taken to get to your next destination. Thanks again though, for leaving your valued feedback, which we will of course take on board. Please do get back in touch with us if there's anything else we can help with or explain further. “Our Guide was fantastic and she was so helpful in making everyone's experience unique. Including my own she told me loads of great places to go which made me very happy. I would happily go again with this guide as she went out of her way to make everyone on the tours experience special.”

“Had an amazing time on the Euroventure whole of Europe group tour! Everything was made really easy for us and I felt that it was very good value for money. I met some amazing people and made some great memories. The tour leader Catherine was fantastic and was able to assist with everything. “I went on the whole of Europe group tour for a month with Euroventure and I couldn't have been more happier! With Catherine as our tour guide we got to experience the beauty of Europe Safely and with no hassles. Catherine was always on hand to help with questions, offer suggestions and even sit down and chill. She was amazing as was the tour. They really thought of everything to make the trip unforgettable!
