“ Evans delivered a faulty item, rang them & they said send back & send proof of postage cost - returned it special delivery and they signed for it so I know they got it. 7 days later I got an automatic email saying I had filled in the returns form but they had yet to receive the item. Liars!! So now I have no item, am £200 out of pocket and another £8 postage and they are refusing to admit they have lost it!! ”
