“I bought a used car 3 days ago from walsall branch. The salesman ,Dayton ,was knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I would give him 6 stars if I could. He is a credit to the branch. As the car is new to me ,I cannot ,as yet ,review their after care service.”

“I’m very happy with my new car. Mab was very professional from start to finish. I couldn’t have wished for a better person so helpful and pleasant. Have to say I cant fault anything. Having used them many times. I wouldn’t go anyyelse. Highly recommended.”

“The service I received was second to none. The salesman Kim Khan was extremely helpful and went the extra mile when dealing with me. He explained everything in detail about the financing of the vehicle and the lay out of the car. All in all a great experience of buying a car in these difficult times.”

“A big thank you to Ben Crooks for making buying a new car such a pleasant experience. He went out of his way to find what we asked for. He took his time with us even though we were a bit late. “BEWARE - If you deal with Preston branch.. used car sales especially. Customer care non existent, and you can get duped. Some staff lie - my advice keep well away.”

“I sold my car to Evans Halshaw at Cribs Causway last week and it was the smoothest and hassle free sale ever, this was all down to Rugilija. All throughout she was extremely professional and efficient. Rugilija‘s customer service was 100%, she is clearly knowledgeable within her job role, her explanation of everything was clear and precise, she was friendly, honest and very calm even when I was manically trying to find poof of my car services, which my husband eventually located them for me. My husband and I can’t praise Rugilija enough, she is an pure asset to Evans Halshaw. Thank you Rugilija.”

“The workshop service is outstanding all work done properly and at reasonable costs, I HIGHLY recommend this company. The service manager Craig is very knowledgeable and very helpful if you need help. My mother in law died of cancer and we needed the car servicing we were 500 miles North and he bent over backwards to help us and even did it whilst we waited. This is true old fashioned service in a modern world.”

“I am me George wade on the 20.3.20.20 i was just looking at cars i was on my day of pulled in to Hyundai gateshead it was nice to be able to walk round no one on your back trying to sell you a car i had a look round then i asked one of the sales staff if i could get the keys to have a look at I10 There was no problem he showed me two cars the staff were fantastic from the manager to all the sales staff so polite asked if i would like a cup of tea there was no stress felt like iwas at home all the staff that passed asked if i needed anything it was a nice experience in the end i did buy a car i would recommend anyone to buy a car from Hyundai gateshead. This should be your flagship. Your company should send people from other dealerships to do training at this dealership i would rate this dealership over a hundred this is the first time buying a car no stress i will recommend friends to go there when you think the staff must be under with the corna virus Very professional yours sincerely George wade. .”
