“The esthetician would not offer and recommendation and when i asked for an add on she had to go ask about pricing which was non of my concern then said she doesn’t have time to add on to the service. Bad cigarette odor too . The front desk lady was absolutely amazing and helpful and helped me pick up some products.”

“The provider tried to upsell me in a less-than-transparent way, suggesting an alternative botox placement that would have doubled the cost (2 treatment areas vs. 1). I had to ask several questions before this crucial detail was revealed. Trust is a huge reason I've stayed loyal to Ever/Body, and this compromised it.”

“Bree did a great job with clear and brilliant and the other person(?) that numbed me and did Botox was good. Olivia did the PRP, tried to draw blood 2x on left arm and could not get blood to come out even though I have good veins and have NEVER had this problem ever in all the routine bloodwork I have had done. It left me with two large bruises on my left arm. Finally, the other person tried on right arm and there was no problem getting blood. Also, I know I added PRP during appointment because I was told there was time to do it. It felt rushed and one was trying to do botox at same time blood was trying to be drawn on left arm- very stressful and I asked them to stop and do i thing at a time.”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. I went in for botox and my NP spoke with me for about ten minutes to figure out what I wanted and kept me updated the whole time she was doing it. The results are great and the process was quick and painless. The building is so nice and clean too, I really recommend getting your botox here!”

“Getting a facial in that uncomfortable chair was a torture. You need to have a bed to give facials not a medical office chair. Also, they did not have a robe or gown to change into. At 300$ price point, you expect a spa like experience. Nothing relaxing about it. Also, they canceled my Botox appointment because she was running late.”

“I walked over from midtown because it was such a nice day for a morning walk. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I arrived and given some bottled water. I did not wait long for my appointment. I chose a botox appointment with Ever/Body doctor. I left it up to him to make his recommendations. Everything came out great! I got Botox for the forehead and Juvederm for the frown lines. I went right to work afterward. I should have iced or put some anti-bruising (arnica) cream on but I just forgot...LOL. Oh the price was OK... it's about 2/3rds the going rate in the city and that's a good deal and having a doctor do the application is a plus. This is in no way diminishing a qualified tech. The place offers RNs also for this service.”
