“The nurse injected in a way that caused my eyebrows to massively drop. I never had this issue before with previous injectors but now I have essentially diminished vision and can barely apply my mascara. Clearly she wasn't trained properly.”

“This was my first time recieving botox and I saw Saifally at the Flatiron office. He was 10/10. So patient, informative, and gentle. He could tell I was very nervous about needles and accommodated me accordingly. I was unsure which areas I wanted to do and he advised me without making me feel pressured to do to much. He also picked up on certain facial features very quickly and adjusted my Botox treatment to them which I loved. I also really appreciated the whole vibe of the front desk associates. They were friendly and chatty, which helps when you’re dropping that kind of money on a ~20 minute proceedure. I am about to hit my 2 week mark and while my forehead is completely frozen to my standards, I am still seeing slightly movement in my 11s (not sure if that’s normal) so I’m going to see what the process is to get a touch up but all around 10/10 experience and would highly recommend”

“I had a great experience except the doctor I saw forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. When I called to have it called in she was on paid time off and the technician who helped with my appointment kind of made it sound like it would be hard for another doctor to call it in because Ever / Body isn't like a doctor's office and there are different protocols. Kind of felt like it was on me to figure out which I didn't love. Otherwise I had a great experience!”

“it was a lovely experience- the receptionist was a doll, the esthetician was so kind and sweet however, i did not feel like it was good- my skin didnt look ANY different after and my skin has only gotten worse since. I’m very sad with my results.”

“I was excited by the rewards program at Ever/Body, and after spending a significant amount, I received enough points for a $50 credit. I also received a $50 birthday credit, and had $40 from Alle (a third party rewards program). I booked an appointment to redeem my points and had Ever/Body cancel on me the day of (3 hours before) and then after treatment, at checkout, told me I could not use my points and Alle reward together... I could only use one discount, despite their website, points terms and conditions, and emails not stating such. One would think that they would want to retain customers who are committed. I recommend trying else where - possibly Peachy!”
