“The drop off of my slides was convenient at one of Everpresent's satellites. Communication from representatives kept me informed of the process. I was not aware that I would have to download Tango to receive my pictures. Being technologically challenged I wish I had know this prior to selecting having my pictures sent to me. I had to select receiving my pictures on a thumb drive which caused a delay and additional expense. When I finally received my pictures, they were great. I had not shared these photos with my brother for 50 years and was able to do so. I have another project that is from 1968 which will be coming your way in the future. Thank you for allowing me to share the memories!”

“My experience with Everpresent was execptional. The process took less time than expected. I was continuously informed as to the progress and I was very hapapy with the way the DVD's were packaged and especially how they were labeled. The process was seamless and I would recommend Everpresent to anyone looking to transfer old VHS tapes to DVD. The quality of the video on the DVD's was also great.”

“I had a very good experience with EverPresent. From intake (thank you, Brady) to help with understanding the process (thank you, Caris), all the people I talked to were responsive, knowledgeable, and followed through on getting me answers. I am happy with the quality of the mp4 conversion. These are old films (some more than 60 years) and I am amazed that you were able to digitize them. I and my siblings are thrilled to see our young selves, parents and extended family. Thank you for that. On another note, I was charged for a cleaning process and had not been notified of the additional expense. I brought this up when I saw the final payment and EverPresent split the additional cost with me, which I appreciated. In summary, I had very good dealings with the EverPresent people, communication was very good. My films were processed in a reasonable time, the mp4 files were labeled as I requested and everything I sent was returned to me. All in all a very satisfying experience with EverPresent, and I would recommend you to anyone who wants to use the services you provide.”

“"Should old acquaintance be forgot and tales of old times past?" No! Yet technology changes quickly, rendering inaccessible memories locked in older media. I was quite happy with Everpresent's affordability and availability when my husband died recently, and the only record of his voice was our wedding VHS tape. Their professionals were able to change this over to a modern format, kept me updated as to their progress, and revive an important part of my life that would otherwise have been lost. GREAT JOB!”

“Did a great job with unbelievable updates as the process was ongoing. I did not price compare with competitors so I don’t know if they are high, low or in-between. Given the price I paid it will probably be a couple of thousand dollars or more to have all my tapes digitized.”
