“Exceptionally pleased with the results from the transfer of very “old tape” recording to CD. Very good communication and being kept informed of the whole progress, from sending the tape to receiving the finished product. Highly recommend EverPresent for reviving old unplayable tapes etc Thank you Anthony Rosen”

“Sean Morrow who was my project manager was with me every step of the process. He answered all questions to 100% of my satisfaction. I especially liked that I was notified after each step of the process and that my tapes/films were picked up and delivered by EverPresent’s truck and I didn’t have to use the Post Office.”

“I was really disappointed in the results of the films I sent in. 1. They were dirty. A lot of dust, mildew, or whatever, showed up throughout the film. 2. There was so much flicker in a couple of them, that they are hard to watch. One film the frame wasn't centered properly, and 3/4 of the frame contained 1/4 of the next frame. Not very impressed with the results.”

“I would like to compliment Everpresent fo the wonderful conversion from the 14 16mm reels to digital content. They are wonderful and have been enjoyed by Sally Hansell for whom they were converted. It has given her a renewed contact with her parents and grandparents and has also established a wonderful connection with her granddaughter. Once again, "thank you" for a fantastic job. In reviewing the communication from your consultant on March 12th, it appears that we gave an estimated turnaround time of 10-12 weeks from the date of your consultation, however your project was completed and delivered within 8 weeks. “My Super8 films were never cleaned before they were digitized. The amount of dust is staggering. I would have cleaned them myself before submitting but I don’t even have rewind tools anymore.”

“The best decision… we had our wedding video ( on a vhs tape) converted… kept our fingers crossed that it would work ( 35 years)…. We have it back and are thrilled with the results.. thank you… it is so emotional seeing our parents and friends who are no longer with us… and being able to share with our kids… that’s priceless… thank you”

“I enjoyed the service, practicality, follow-up and quality of the process. My only qualm is that I called a few weeks back because i thought that not all the pictures I sent in were not actually digitized. I sent them in three separate badges (under the same task number) and I feel that one of them may have been lost or misplaced. I never got an answer back and I'm not sure how to proceed.”
