“They charged me substantially more than they quoted, their app is terrible, and tech support is difficult to reach. They don't tell you up-front that the app subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. I will not recommend them to anyone.”
“It was a very pleasant experience dealing with EverPresent. From the drop off, there is constant communication letting you know where your project is, and what is taking place. This does reassure you that your project is moving through their process and is being cared for.
My project involved trnsferring a VHS 8 track video file to an mp4 video file. Delivery was ahead of date promised. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely use EverPresent again and recommend them. My next project may involve tranferring 35mm slides to jpegs.”
“After finding a shoebox full of 8 mm films from many years ago, we were really excited to see what might be on them. It felt really scary to just hand over these precious memories to anyone so I’m really glad we found Everpresent. They gave me peace of mind every step of the way. The cost was reasonable for what they do, and I really appreciated the great service. I may have been able to get it done quicker and cheaper from other services, but I didn’t have the same confidence that they would be handled properly. So grateful that we now have these memories to cherish. They have the experience and the professionalism that I needed to move forward on that project. I subtracted one star because after the project was completed and we were waiting for the package, I sent them multiple emails checking on the address because I was concerned that they were going to send the videos to the wrong address and no one ever got back to me. They were really great staying in touch with me until I paid, but it wasn’t the end of the world and I didn’t worry about it. The CDs and USB drives went to the wrong address. We had a unique situation and I doubt other customers would experience that issue. I’m hoping they had a reasonable excuse for not responding to my emails. Overall, I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend them.”

“The whole process was very smooth, from beginning to end. The EverPresent team updated and consulted me about the project(digitizing slides), and the end result was great. My family was able to see images they'd never seen before, and reminisce about events and people in our history. “For myself, personally, this was not the way I should have gone. I had about 100 slides that I wanted into pictures and once I looked at them at a Walgreens, from the drive, I only ended up printing 5 or 6 of them. Too many were pics that I couldn't make out the people or pics that were fairly unimportant to me. Obviously, If I had known there would have been so many nature pics and no people I would not have taken on this project and spent about $250. For me, it was a definite waste of money. Oh well. My mistake 100%.”
