“The quality of the scans is abysmal. Just absolutely dreadful. Had I not paid extra for the elite quality correction or whatever you called it, I might think differently. The photos look dreadful. I only provided high quality images and discarded poor quality ahead of time. Your product is deeply disappointing and because of that, ridiculously expensive.”

“My 53 and 48 year old 8mm movies were converted to disc. I was given a very detailed analysis of the film, what was required, and the cost. I was informed as to progress, and of the anticipated completion date. The quality of the final product was beyond expectations. I am very pleased with this service.”

“I came to Everpresent to have 2 casette tapes converted to cd's with breaks in the tracks so I could access a desired track quickly. The first cd's that were done did not have the requested track breaks and I was having trouble getting help to re-do the discs correctly. That was before I called yet again and Brady Richter answered the phone, fortunately for me. He patiently listened to my frustrating story and said he would look into it and get back to me. And he did, and very quickly. He had the discs done correctly and they are perfect! Brady made me feel comfortable from our first conversation and I could never thank him enough for his patience and respect, and his willingness to look into my situation and make it right. If the end product is evidence of the quality that Everpresent can produce, Brady Richter is an example of a great team member that every organization needs at it's core to be successful. Again, cannot thank him enough. David Haley”

“I've used Everpresent twice, to digitize some family films in 16mm and Super8 - every step was a pleasure, and the result as good as could be expected, given the overexposure on one of the original reels.”

“The safety of my original videos was perfect, the transfer to a thumb drive was perfect, and it was all done in a very quick time. My only issue was that they took the second payment from my bank account without notifying me first. Because they had my bank information from the first payment, they automatically took the second one. As it turned out, I was overdrawn with my bank because I needed a minute to move money into the appropriate account.”

“Extremely professional staff who fully understood the importance to us of the album contents that we wanted to organize and turn into a book that we could share with our family. The quality of the scans - including 3d items and large format - was excellent. Susan, our designer, did a beautiful job with the layout of pages and created an amazing cover.
